Research On The Development Path Of Employment Poverty Alleviation In The Era Of Post Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation through employment is an important way to help the poor out of poverty.Under the background of realizing the goal of poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way,how to adjust and innovate the path of employment poverty alleviation in China in order to maintain its lasting impact and value of poverty alleviation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the post poverty alleviation era,which is directly related to the stability and sustainability of poverty alleviation.To solve this problem,we need to take the existing employment poverty alleviation problem as the starting point,through the analysis of the existing problems and combined with the characteristics and requirements of the post poverty alleviation era,to try to put forward the development path of employment poverty alleviation in the post poverty alleviation era.Based on the field survey of L County in Jiangxi Province,this paper finds that the main problems of current employment poverty alleviation are: first,the policy implementation level is prone to deviation,which leads to the poor people dissatisfied with the policy implementation;second,the main level of poverty alleviation has man-made development block,which is not conducive to the sustainable poverty alleviation;third,there is a lag in the follow-up assistance level,which makes the follow-up development of poor labor insecure;fourth,the result level of assistance is not ideal,which is the driving force for the poor households The effect is not strong,and the effect on increasing farmers’ income is not significant.On the basis of field research and within the framework of the theory of feasible ability,this paper sums up the main causes of the existing problems of employment and Poverty Alleviation:first,the poor people’s participation in decision-making is insufficient;second,the lack of social opportunities;third,the lack of effective dynamic monitoring mechanism;fourth,the weak employment protection.Therefore,in order to adapt to the prominent characteristics of relative poverty and multi-dimensional poverty in the "post poverty alleviation era",enhance the feasible ability of China’s poor people,help them to get rid of poverty continuously and stably,and realize the effective connection with the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the following development paths are proposed: first,change the concept of government governance,improve their political participation by cultivating their participation awareness and ability;The second is to improve the content of employment assistance,and maintain its social opportunities through the implementation of differentiated assistance measures;the third is to optimize the employment security,and strengthen the protective security through the establishment of dynamic tracking and monitoring mechanism and the construction of urban-rural integration of the labor market.
