Construction And Analysis Of The Economic Value Evaluation Model Of University Patent

Economic value is the constituent element of patent value,which affects the transfer and transformation of patents.Establishing a patent economic value evaluation model to reasonably evaluate the economic value of patents helps technical managers to reasonably evaluate the patent assets they hold and formulate relevant technology development strategies.At present,the research on the economic value of patents mainly focuses on the model algorithm and indicator system.However,different patentee attributes make systematic differences in the construction process of the patent economic value evaluation model.Therefore,clarifying the patentee’s patent characteristics has become a prerequisite for the construction of the patent economic value evaluation model.This paper discusses the attributes of university patents,and believes that the difference between university patents and enterprise patents is whether they can participate in the production and processing of patentee institutions as production materials or production factors.Therefore,university patents do not have the strategic significance and social attributes of technological assets for universities themselves.Based on this point of view,this paper divides the economic value of patents into three dimensions:technology,law and market,analyzes the technological innovation characteristics of the patentee of Guizhou University on the basis of the invention patent of Guizhou University as the research data,and constructs the patent economic index analysis system,and on the basis of completing the construction of the patent economic index analysis system,integrates the analytical advantages of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and entropy right method from systematic From the perspective of comprehensiveness and interpretability,the patent economic value evaluation model is constructed,and the identification and application ability of the model’s high economic value patents is explored while the validity test is passed.The main conclusions drawn during the study are as follows:The impact of analysis indicators on the analysis results is different in different indicator systems.Some analysis indicators that increase the economic value of patents may have reverse effects under the comprehensive indicator system;The AHP-entropy weight model can effectively and objectively evaluate the economic value of university invention patents according to the index data,and can effectively realize the hierarchical management of patent economic value according to the evaluation results;The patent economic value range of Guizhou University is relatively stable,with strong technical independence.The technical layout is in line with the strategic development needs of Guizhou Province and has strong translatability.This study has basically achieved the expected purpose,and has found something,providing a new theoretical basis for the study of the economic value of university patents.
