With the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, the economy in rural areas continues to grow rapidly, and the return of labor has gradually become prominent. After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,my country vigorously promoted the strategy of rural revitalization, and the return of labor has become a new phenomenon of labor mobility in my country after the "migrant labor wave".The return of labor, especially the return of employment, has become an inevitable topic in the process of national economic development. The return of labor has realized the accumulation of human capital, material capital, and social capital during the period of migrant work. Will it be more inclined to non-agricultural employment after returning to work,or to return to traditional agricultural production activities? Will capital accumulation help them realize the transformation of non-agricultural employment and increase income? It is the top priority of studying the problem of returning labor to employment.Based on this, this article uses the 2016 China Labor Force Dynamics Survey Data(CLDS)to empirically analyze the impact of migrant work experience on non-agricultural employment of rural returnees in my country and its mechanism.Based on the Probit model,a variety of empirical methods are used to test migrant workers. The impact of experience on non-agricultural employment of returning rural laborers. The empirical results show that the experience of migrant workers can help promote non-agricultural employment of rural laborers. After a series of robustness tests are performed using propensity score matching(PSM)and instrumental variable methods to deal with endogenous problems, the results are still stable;compared with left-behind labor Migrant work experience can not only increase the probability of returning laborers for wage employment, but also promote their own entrepreneurship, but it has a greater impact on the former.Migrant work experience can increase the income of rural laborers from non-agricultural employment by 42.6%;heterogeneity analysis shows that,The increase in the probability of non-agricultural employment by the experience of migrant workers is more pronounced in returnees with lower education levels of elementary school and below;the non-agricultural employment effects brought about by the experience of migrant workers are also relatively greater among the male and new generation laborers.Great;the experience of going out for work has affected the non-agricultural employment of returning laborers at least through three channels:improving labor skills, increasing savings, and expanding social network.Based on the results of the empirical research, this article puts forward policy recommendations to promote the rational flow of labor, enhance the employability of returning rural labor, and achieve efficient allocation of human resources.
