With the arrival of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the standard of talent demand has changed.Talents in the new era should not only have a solid theoretical foundation and professional skills, but also have a healthy body and perfect personality. As an important base for training talents in China, colleges and universities need to play their due role in training high-quality talents for China.Among them, college sports associations,as an important part of college physical education, play an important role in cultivating students’ hobbies, improving sports skills, enhancing physical fitness and promoting all-round development. At present, there are many problems in the construction of sports associations in colleges and universities, which make their functions unable to be brought into full play.Social interaction is the foundation of social existence, without which society will cease to exist. As a small social organization, sports associations must have social interaction in the process of construction.Members of various societies, societies, societies and society are not all unconnected and completely independent, and there is an interactive relationship between them. Therefore, this paper takes the sports associations of Hubei University as the research object, and uses the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the problems encountered in the construction of sports associations of Hubei University, analyze the causes of these problems, and explore the interactive relationship in the construction of sports associations of Hubei University by using social interaction theory.Through this interactive relationship,we can give full play to the subjective initiative of each subject in community construction, explore new ways of community construction, and guide sports associations to play an important role in training talents for the country. From the perspective of social interaction theory, this paper draws the following conclusions through investigation and analysis:1.There are many associations in Hubei University, involving a wide range, among which there are 18 sports associations. Some sports associations have developed well and have been rated as "star-rated associations" on campus for many times. However,on the whole, there are still the following problems in community construction:For example, the internal system of the whole society is not perfect and the management is not standardized; The enthusiasm of community members to participate in community activities is not high; The source of funds for associations is relatively simple, mainly relying on the membership fees paid by members; The venues and equipment can not fully meet the needs of community activities; The technical ability and business management ability of the leading cadres of the community are lack of training, and the guidance of the community instructors is not in place; There is a lack of effective interaction among the various construction subjects of the association;Lack of incentive and feedback mechanism.2.There are many interactive subjects in the community, which is a two-way interaction. The interaction between different interactive subjects can bring different effects to the construction of the community. The interaction between associations should have interactive contents and interactive carriers to create a good interactive environment. Therefore,in the construction process of sports associations in Hubei University,it is necessary to make clear the interactive content and carrier, and point out the interactive direction for the main body of association construction,so as to achieve the best interactive effect.3.In view of the problems in the construction of sports associations in Hubei University, the strategies for the construction of associations are put forward from the perspective of social interaction theory. As follows:Clarify the interactive subject in the construction of mass organizations;Optimize the interactive environment of community construction;Expand the interactive forms of community construction;Establishing community interaction feedback mechanism. |
