A Study On The Construction Of College Students' Associations From The Perspective Of Social Interaction Theory

With the continuous deepening of the reform of quality education in universities and the constant development of campus culture,college student societies are playing an unprecedented role in educating and training.While,the construction of college student organizations also faces serious problems and challenges.How to thoroughly study the practical problems encountered in the building of college students' associations,then to explore effective ways for the construction of college students' associations in the new era,and to guide the construction of college students' societies more scientifically and rationally.This is also an important work of ideology and politics in colleges and universities in the new period.Therefore,this article research and analyze in depth from a new perspective of the construction of college student organizations,further standardize the construction of community and expand the ways of ideology and politics work.The article is divided into six parts.The general structure and content are as follows:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,the research status of community construction at home and abroad,the content to be studied and the research methods.At the same time,through the literature review,we analyze the shortcomings of the existing research,and further clarify the theoretical value and practical significance of this study.The second part is an overview of the basic theoretical knowledge of the construction of college students' associations,and expounds the connotation,types,characteristics and functions of college students' societies.The third part elaborates the concept and specific content of interaction in social interaction theory.In addition,it makes an exploratory analysis on the basic elements of the construction of college students'society under the perspective of social interaction theory.The fourth part discusses and analyzes the realistic dilemma of the construction of the community from the practical needs of the construction of college student organizations,their own development,and the school level.The fifth part integrates the forms of interaction,cooperation,integration and other forms into the construction of college students'associations,and explores the path to achieve the construction of college student organizations from the perspective of social interaction theory.The sixth part is the conclusion.It mainly summarizes the research of the entire project,including the results of the research,the insufficiency,and the outlook for the future research of this topic.
