Practical education in colleges and universities includes experimental teaching,practical teaching and social practice.The laboratory is an important transport for practical education in colleges and universities.Experimental teaching is not only a powerful assistant for theoretical teaching,but also an important way to cultivate the practical ability of students.In recent years,local higher education resources,especially experimental teaching resources,have become increasingly tense.Therefore,how colleges and universities can improve the performance of experimental houses and realize management optimization is a problem that the society and academia are concerned about.Due to the differences in the types of colleges and universities,as well as the different disciplines and professional attributes,and the different management systems of the colleges and universities,it is difficult to use a unified evaluation system for the performance evaluation of college experimental houses.Therefore,the relevant research results of this study have a certain reference value and a reference value to enrich and perfecting the performance evaluation system of experimental houses in my country’s colleges and universities,and promoting related management.This research will use performance evaluation methods to focus on the construction and construction of the performance evaluation system of experimental houses in G colleges and universities.Use two aspects to carry out research.Because the performance evaluation of experimental houses in colleges and universities involves many factors and high complexity,this article combines theory and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative research methods.First,it sorts out and reviews relevant literature and existing research results on the performance evaluation of experimental houses in domestic and foreign universities,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.Then,according to the status quo of the performance evaluation of domestic colleges and universities,the questions were raised and analyzed.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of university laboratory housing management,taking G university as an example,the evaluation indicators were screened through in-depth interviews with experts,and the analytical hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each indicator,and finally the performance of laboratory housings was built by The University of G.Evaluation System.Finally,combined with the established performance evaluation index system,two colleges in G colleges were selected for data collection and case study.Through calculation,the results of the performance evaluation of the experimental houses of the two colleges in G colleges were obtained and analyzed.Afterwards,based on the evaluation results,the performance evaluation system is considered,and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency and management level of experimental houses are given,which provides new ideas for the performance management of experimental houses in colleges and universities.
