Research On The Carrier Of Hidden Ideological And Political Education Activities In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The ideological and political education in our country’s colleges and universities mainly relies on the direct and indoctrinating method of explicit ideological and political education in the classroom.Compared with the explicit ideological and political education,the implicit ideological and political education with the main characteristics of implicit and permeability is relatively weak.With the advent of the new era,my country has entered a new track of development.At the same time as the society continues to develop and progress,new changes have taken place in the education environment of college students and the channels for acquiring knowledge.Facing the complex international The domestic social environment,the world outlook,outlook on life,and values of college students are affected to varying degrees,which hinders the development of ideological and political education in my country’s colleges and universities,and it is difficult to achieve the expected results.Faced with such a situation,my country must make certain adjustments in education methods in order to better cope with the impact of environmental changes,so the school began to turn its attention to the research and development of the carrier of hidden ideological and political education activities.At present,my country’s research on this subject is not particularly mature and is in the exploratory stage.Therefore,in order to make colleges and universities better fulfill the fundamental task of establishing morality,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and promote the development of disciplines,this article attempts to study the carrier of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Following the writing idea of what-why-how,this article conducts in-depth research and discussion on the use of implicit ideological and political education and activity carriers.The carrier of implicit ideological and political education activities refers to: in order to achieve the purpose of education,educators implicitly incorporate the content of ideological and political education in activities,and consciously carry out various activities,while the educated unconsciously receive education.Activity form.On the basis of defining the concept,this article continues to explore the four characteristics that distinguish the carrier of implicit ideological and political education from the carrier of explicit activity: they are implicit,diverse,permeable,and experiential,and they are different at the same time.It is the function of ideological guidance,behavioral norms,emotional cultivation and value penetration of the dominant activity carrier.Empirical research through the questionnaire survey method shows that although the hidden activity carrier has gradually become normalized and popularized in the process of use,and the effect of the activity carrier is increasingly strengthened,there are still educators who need to consciously use the hidden activity carrier.Reinforce,the enthusiasm of educational objects to participate in activities is not high,and the development of activity carriers is restricted by various objective conditions,and the reasons behind the problems are explored to provide targets for subsequent strategic research.In view of the problems and reasons in the use of hidden ideological and political education activity carriers in colleges and universities,this article proposes that it is necessary to strengthen educators’ scientific understanding of hidden ideological and political education methods and promote the innovation of hidden activity carriers in terms of content and form.,And further improve the operating mechanism of the hidden activity carrier to ensure the orderly development of the hidden ideological and political education activity carrier in the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities.
