Research On The Learning Behavior Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of New Media Empowerment

The new generation of migrant workers is not only the main body of industrial workers in the new era,but also an important driving force for the implementation of national strategies such as new urbanization and Rural Revitalization.Their professional skills and quality structure are of great significance to China’s economic and social development.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to this group,and has introduced a series of policies and measures that directly or indirectly benefit them to help them achieve self-improvement.Compared with other adult groups,the new generation of migrant workers have a stronger willingness to learn,but the restrictions are more complex.The characteristics of rich resources,instant interaction,and easy storage and accessibility of new media can provide support and guarantee for the training and study of the new generation of migrant workers,and also provide a new path for the creation of a learning society.The purpose of this study is to explore the learning behavior characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in the new media era and the role of new media in this process.Through a questionnaire survey of the new generation of migrant workers in the four main urban areas of Nanning,the group has basically grasped the current situation of the group’s learning willingness,learning purpose,learning content needs and learning obstacles.The paper also analyzes the arrangement of learning time and place,the way of acquiring resources,the solution of difficulties,the choice of interactive objects and methods in the process of new media learning.Through the investigation,it is found that the new generation of migrant workers have a strong willingness to learn,and self-study is the most important way to learn.After using the new media to learn,the autonomy and personalization of the new generation of migrant workers have been highlighted to a greater extent in the aspects of space-time arrangement,resource acquisition and interactive communication.Through interviews,We learned about the experiences and feelings of the new generation of migrant workers in the learning process of new media and the impact of new media on their lives.The new media wakes up the inner power of the new generation of migrant workers,provides them with information and emotional support,but also has negative effects such as information redundancy and Network Trek.In addition,this paper also summarizes the difficulties encountered by the new generation of migrant workers in the learning process and makes attribution analysis.The last chapter puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the new media learning of the new generation of migrant workers and obtain better learning experience,and summarizes and reflects the research.
