Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Training For The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The new generation of migrant workers is the main force of contemporary industrial workers in China,whose quality directly affects the transformation of supply side structure and the speed of urbanization in China.The training of new generation of migrant workers undertakes the important task of improving their vocational skills and promoting stable employment.However,in the face of the intergenerational differences of migrant workers in China,the training demand of the new generation of migrant workers has changed greatly.The original training supply mode has been unable to meet the new training demand,which leads to the mismatch between the current training supply and demand.Based on the perspective of supply side reform,this paper focuses on the new generation of migrant workers.Based on the supply side theory and training theory,through the field research on the training situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Kunming,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview method to sort out the current situation of training supply and demand of the new generation of migrant workers.On this basis,this paper focuses on the existing policy uncertainty in the training supply side of the new generation of migrant workers This paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of policy system,management system and supporting system,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This study tries to achieve the following innovations: first,the "new generation of migrant workers" and "supply side reform" are effectively unified;second,the four components of the supply side reform of the new generation of migrant workers training are proposed;third,the guidance framework of the new generation of migrant workers training is established.Based on the overall training supply factors,this paper studies the training supply side of the new generation of migrant workers,hoping to promote the quality of training supply of the new generation of migrant workers to achieve a qualitative leap,improve the vocational skills of the new generation of migrant workers,alleviate the employment difficulties,shortage of skilled workers and other problems,and build the new generation of migrant workers into China’s high-end skilled talents.Make important contributions to social development.
