| School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for higher vocational colleges to train skilled talents,and it is also an effective measure to promote the further development of my country’s vocational education and educational reform in the new era.In order to implement the relevant national opinions on promoting school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the integration of production and education,Guangxi has vigorously developed the school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges,but in practice,the problem of imperfect incentive mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation has appeared.This research takes Guangxi J Vocational College as an example.It sorts out and summarizes the current situation and problems of school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism through case study method,uses literature review and interview analysis to extract the elements of higher vocational colleges school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism and analyzes its operation.Finally,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the various components of the incentive mechanism are determined and the Guangxi higher vocational colleges school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism model is constructed.This article is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction;the second part is the core concept and theoretical basis;the third part is a case study,through in-depth investigation of Guangxi J Vocational College,to understand the current situation and existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism;the fourth part is incentives Mechanism model construction,through literature review and interview analysis to determine the constituent elements of the school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism in Guangxi higher vocational colleges,and then construct the Guangxi higher vocational college school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism model through empirical research results;the fifth part is countermeasures and suggestions According to the incentive mechanism model,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of Guangxi higher vocational colleges and enterprises.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.The main conclusions of this study are: The current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in Guangxi vocational colleges needs to be further improved,and corresponding measures need to be adopted for effective incentives.The incentive mechanism model constructed in this article includes three dimensions: subject responsibility,interest protection,and system protection.The subject responsibility has the highest weight,followed by the interest protection weight,and the third is the system protection weight.Based on this,the relevant departments can encourage the school-enterprise cooperation of Guangxi higher vocational colleges in three aspects,such as exerting the responsibilities of multiple subjects,ensuring that the interests of multiple parties are protected,and providing the basis for system protection,so as to enhance the actual effect of school-enterprise cooperation in Guangxi higher vocational colleges. |
