| Professor Tian Maijiu,an expert of Training Science in China,has clearly pointed out that "different events should have different training characteristics".In terms of event group classification,400 meter hurdle race belongs to "speed event group dominated by physical ability".Its training characteristics include physical ability,skill and tactical ability,psychological and intelligent characteristics,etc.In recent years,China’s sports training has developed rapidly,and the training of coaches’ ability has also been greatly strengthened.These measures have promoted the rapid development of China’s competitive sports to a certain extent;However,up to now,there is still a certain gap between the competitive level of some sports in our country and that of foreign athletes,which is related to many factors,such as race differences,training ideas,training methods and so on.This study makes a comparative analysis of the training characteristics of the top players(the top eight athletes in the National Games)in China’s men’s 400 m hurdles three weeks before the competition,in order to provide reference for the further development of China’s men’s 400 m hurdles.Through consulting the majority of coaches,we know that three weeks before the competition is a small micro cycle for the adjustment of athletes’ competition.At present,the majority of domestic coaches basically use this cycle as a micro cycle for the adjustment of athletes’ competition for training design.By using the methods of literature review,interview,comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the training plan of the top eight men’s 400 meter hurdlers in the 13 th National Games,and analyzes the training characteristics(training content,training cycle arrangement,load intensity,amount of exercise,training time,etc.)embodied in the training plan The results show that the training intensity of 8 athletes in the three weeks before the competition is not big,mainly for speed,speed endurance and basic strength training,and the content of pre competition training is repeated in "weeks";At the same time,from the training plan of the 8 athletes before the 3 weeks’ competition,the training plan formulated by the coaches reflects their own different planning characteristics during this limited time.There are pre competition adjustment training(reduction and rest)before the match.But the coaches show a high consistency in the physical fitness and training of the athletes before the competition:pay attention to physical fitness.In the training methods of the three weeks before the competition,we should highlight the physical fitness and select the methods of physical training,mainly to enhance and strengthen the physical fitness level of athletes.The paper has 2 pictures,32 tables,80 references. |
