Analysis On The Combination Of Industry And Education And The Training Model Of Talents In Silicon Lake Vocational And Technical College

Nowadays,with the rapid development of macroeconomy and industry,higher vocational education is increasingly closely linked with economic development.As the main source of high-quality manufacturing talents,higher vocational colleges are facing new opportunities and challenges in personnel training.The traditional combination of industry and education in our country includes many forms,such as enterprise running school,school running industry,school-enterprise cooperation,Industry-Education alliance and so on.However,due to the lack of corresponding institutional norms and behavioral restraint mechanism,most of the combination of production and education has become formalism.In order to promote the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,the State Council has put forward some opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education,urging higher vocational colleges to accelerate the deepening of the integration of industry and education.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the existing talent training mode and performance impact mechanism of the combination of industry and education in Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the improvement of talent training in the College.At present,the integration of production and teaching in Silicon Lake College is still at the shallow level of school-enterprise cooperation.The coverage rate of the integration of production and teaching in various specialties is low,the employment channels of students are narrow,the adaptability period of students to work posts is long,and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is inadequate.This paper starts from the actual effect of the integration of production and teaching in Silicon Lake College,through questionnaire survey and enterprise visits,to the employment situation of students,enterprises and so on.This paper makes a thorough analysis of the job satisfaction and employment rate of the institute,summarizes the main characteristics and main problems of the training mode of combining production with education in the early stage of the institute,and puts forward feasible improvement objectives and measures for optimizing the training mode of the Institute in the light of the strategic development plan of the Institute for the next three to five years and the deep implementation of the "Southeast East" training project.Corresponding quality evaluation and personnel training performance appraisal system.Through the research and demonstration of this paper,we clarify again the objectives,implementation measures(including curriculum system,faculty allocation,capacity training system construction,etc.)and the necessity of talent training performance evaluation system construction of Silicon Lake University.This paper has 14 figures,9 tables and 56 references.
