| The Sense of Hardship is one of the important components of our country’s excellent traditional culture.The dialectical philosophy of thinking about being prepared for danger in times of peace and taking care of the safety by knowing the danger is the spiritual strength and wisdom of the Chinese nation that has survived hardships and still stands in the world.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the extreme importance of building the sense of hardship on many occasions.He pointed out that enhancing the awareness of danger and risk,and being prepared for danger in times of peace and preparedness is a major principle that we must always adhere to in governing the party and the country.Young college students are the backbone of building a modern and powerful socialist country.They are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland.They shoulder the historical mission and social responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,whether college students have the sense of hardship is related to the future of the country and the fate of the nation.In the context of the new era,the world we live in is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.The new round of major development,major changes and major adjustments will bring not only opportunities,but also uncertain and unstable challenges.Facing these new challenges,it is of great significance to strengthen the education of college students’ sense of hardship.At present,with the deepening of conflicts and competitions between countries and the increasingly fierce economic,political,and cultural integration and confrontation worldwide,there are still certain problems in the education of the sense of hardship in universities that need to be resolved.Based on this background,and on the basis of correct understanding of the connotation of the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the education of college students’ sense of hardship under the background of the new era,and actively explores solutions.The first part of this paper is an overview of the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,and is also the logical starting point of this paper.Firstly,this paper clarifies the connotations of "the sense of hardship","new age college students’ sense of hardship " and "new era college students’ sense of hardship education" in this paper.Secondly,this paper makes a theoretical interpretation of the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,including the theoretical basis,policy basis and practical basis for strengthening education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,and the significance which includes the aspects of the country,nation,universities,and college students themselves of strengthening the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era.The second part of this paper is about the problems and reasons in the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era.It is the logical medium and focus of this paper.Through empirical investigations,this part obtains four aspects about the reality including the understanding of college students’ sense of hardship,the problems in the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,the factors that affect the development of college students’ education of sense of hardship,and approaches as well as countermeasures of strengthening college students’ awareness of education in the new era.On the basis of affirming the achievements of the college students’ sense of hardship education in the new era,this paper in-depth analysis the current problems of college education on sense of hardship,including the lack of overall planning for college education on sense of hardship,the fragmented educational content and lack of sense of the times and pertinence,the single lack of innovation in educational methods and channels for college students,and deviations in the understanding of educators and educational objects.On the basis of discovering the problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of college attitudes and cognitions,college students’ personal circumstances,the influence of unhealthy social thoughts at home and abroad,and the institutionalization of college students’ sense of hardship.The third part of this paper is about the countermeasures to strengthen the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,which is the goal of this paper.Based on the problems and causes found in the second part,this part explores the corresponding solutions,so it puts forward four principles that need to be adhered to strengthen the education of college students’ sense of hardship in the new era,strengthening the understanding on sense of hardship education of educators and educational objects,four aspects of content to enrich the sense of hardship education of college students in the new era,four effective ways to strengthen the sense of hardship education of college students in the new era. |
