The development of vocational education,and the promotion of international competitiveness in manufacturing and service industry can not be separated from the high-quality vocational teachers.At the same time,the quality of talent training in Vocational and technical demonstration colleges should be measured by the employment quality of the normal students of vocational education.As an important source of Vocational Teachers,normal students of vocational education have attracted the attention of many scholars in recent years.However,it is less concerned that the direction of the graduates and the ability they have can Meet job requirements or not.Therefore,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign excellent literature,this paper makes a practical investigation combining with relevant theories,analyzes the employment ability of normal students of vocational education,and the impact of their employment ability on the quality of employment.This study focuses on the relationship between the employment ability and the quality of employment of the normal students of vocational education : first,to explore whether there is a certain correlation between the employment ability and the quality of employment.Secondly,on the basis of exploring its relevance,it is necessary to clarify how the various dimensions of the employment ability of the teachers affect the employment quality.Third,through regression analysis,the paper verifies the predictive effect of the employment ability of the teachers’ standard students on their employment quality.The first part mainly introduces the development process of the research tool,including the selection of the employment capacity scale and the compilation and revision of the employment quality scale.The second part mainly introduces the data collection,questionnaire test,and the collection process of interview data.In this chapter,the collected data and data are preliminarily sorted out.The third part mainly introduces the analysis process of questionnaire data by SPSS software,including descriptive statistics,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.And the results are obtained.The fifth part is about the analysis of the current situation and reasons of the research results.Combined with the research results and the current employment status of the teachers,the paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures on how to improve the employment ability and quality of the standard students.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: through questionnaire survey,interview survey,data collection,with the help of research tools,this paper mainly explores the relationship between the employment ability and employment quality of normal students of vocational education.At the same time,the paper discusses the predictive effect of the employment ability of the standard students on the quality of employment.The conclusion is as follows: first,the counterpart employment rate of the teachers is low.Secondly,the individual difference of the employment ability of normal students of vocational education is obvious,and the dimensions of the employment ability show different levels.Third,the quality of employment of normal students of vocational education shows the characteristics of high overall level,large individual differences,low employment rate in counterpart,and obvious tendency of "enter the establishment".Fourthly,there are significant differences in the employment ability and quality of the vocational teachers with different gender,graduation institutions and professional background.Fifth,There is a significant positive correlation between the employment quality and the employability of normal students of vocational education.The employment quality of the teachers with high employment ability is relatively high,and the employment quality of the teachers with low employment ability is also relatively poor.Sixth,some dimensions of the employment ability of the teachers can significantly predict the quality of employment.
