Are interpersonal relationships important? Of course,it is important.Developing interpersonal relationships is beneficial to physical and mental development, ability improvement and social adaptation. However, everyone is different, and the interpersonal relationship is becoming more and more complex and changeable. It is inevitable that some people will be at a disadvantage in this relationship and in social fear and pain for a long time. This fear cannot be changed in a short time and people may use some methods to avoid such social situations. If it is necessary for them to deal with interpersonal relationships in social situations, they will feel nervous and scared. The social place is one of the necessary places to establish interpersonal relationships, but worrying about the evaluation of others prevents people from developing normal social relations. This research will explore the relationship among the fear of evaluation, social anxiety, the perception of stress, and the perception of social support and expect to establish a theoretical model. We can find that there is a correlation among the fear of evaluation, social anxiety, the perception of stress, and the perception of social support.Relying on the reports and research of previous researchers, the following hypotheses are:(1)These variables have different effects on demographics.(2)The perception of stress,a mediating variable, has a certain role in the fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety;as an intermediary variable, perception of stress has an impact on the connection within fear of negative evaluation and social anxiety.(3)Four variables, fear of positive commentary or fear of negative review, social anxiety, perception of stress, and perception of social support, can construct a moderated mediation model.Questionnaires are used for study one and study two.study one mainly explores whether the perception of stress plays a mediating role between the fear of evaluation and social anxiety;study two explores whether the four variables can construct a moderated mediation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Among the demographic variables, the fear of positive evaluation differs in the level of education;the fear of negative evaluation differs in the age groups and educations;there are differences among student leaders in social anxiety;and there are differences in the perception of social support between urban and countryside.(2)The perception of stress plays a mediating role between the fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety. The perception of stress plays a mediating role between the fear of negative evaluation and social anxiety.(3)Fear of positive evaluation, social anxiety, perception of stress, and perception of social support construct a moderated mediation model.Fear of negative evaluation, social anxiety, perception of stress, and perception of social support cannot construct a moderated mediation model. To sum up,it can be seen that people who are worried about positive feedback or those who are afraid of negative evaluation may experience social anxiety, and it has an indirect effect on social anxiety via the perception of stress. In other words, when we are afraid of other people’s evaluations,we will experience more pressure and then feel anxious. In social interaction, those persons who are worried about the positive feedback from others may use the support as a psychological resource beneficial to themselves after feeling the support of others, thereby alleviating the anxiety, somebody who are worried about negative evaluations will process it into negative information when they feel support from others and cannot alleviate their anxiety. That is,positive or negative feedback from others will make the people feel more pressure, which indirectly triggers anxiety. At the same time, perceiving the support of others can alleviate the anxiety of people who are worried about positive evaluations, but for those who are afraid of negative evaluations, this kind of social support has no obvious effect on his mood.
