| In today’s world,developing vocational education has become a common action of all countries to cope with the crisis,promote employment and meet the challenges of the new industrial revolution.The secondary vocational education is an indispensable part of vocational education.The object of secondary vocational education service is secondary vocational students.Due to the characteristics of secondary vocational students,the difficulty of secondary vocational management is increased.The administrators of secondary vocational schools keep learning and communicating,trying to explore the management mode suitable for the management and development of secondary vocational students.The experience shows that bringing the enterprise 7S management mode into the moral education management of secondary vocational schools can meet the development needs and educational goals of secondary vocational students and meet the development and change of the demand of the talent market.This study is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the characteristics of students and managers in secondary vocational schools,the connotation and significance of enterprise 7S management mode,and analyzes the possibility and necessity of implementing enterprise 7S management in secondary vocational education management;The second part,based on case analysis,taking LY secondary vocational school as an example,briefly describes the steps,standards and results of the implementation of the 7S management mode in LY secondary vocational school;The third part,through to the LY secondary vocational school 7S management effect good class and poor effect of 7S management class,the questionnaire survey and interview of teachers and students,understand the 7S management used in the secondary vocational education management implementation effect and existing problems,and explore the specific reason for the poor and analyzes its effect;The fourth part,puts forward the optimization path of the implementation of the 7S management mode in secondary vocational schools--management by objectives,combines management by objectives with 7S management,makes up the main problems existing in the implementation of 7S management,and develops management methods suitable for their own characteristics in secondary vocational schools.Improve the professional quality of secondary vocational students,strengthen the integration of enterprises and schools,so that students can adapt to work faster,and cultivate a large number of excellent blue-collar students suitable for the development needs of the new time.Based on the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn: integrating7 S management into the management of secondary vocational education can cultivate the professional quality of secondary vocational students and improve their comprehensive ability,and it is a good method suitable for the management of secondary vocational education.Facts show that in the process of integrating 7S management into the implementation of secondary vocational school management,there are still problems such as lack of deep understanding of 7S management,lack of clear goals,mere formality,and not thorough implementation.The management by objective is a participatory,democratic and self-controlled management method,which has a good incentive effect.With a clear goal,students can have clear tasks and responsibilities,from bottom to top and top to bottom,make concerted efforts to do a good job in 7S management,so that 7S management can play the maximum effect.Therefore,in order to optimize the effect of 7S management,we can try to combine 7S management with management by objectives for practical exploration. |
