In the 19 th National Congress of our country,it was clearly pointed out that the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,and further emphasized the importance of coordinated development of various regions and various aspects in our country,as well as the important development goal of China’s economic transformation from the stage of high-speed development to the stage of high-quality development.Modern logistics industry has become the pillar industry of China’s national economic development,while innovation is known as the first driving force leading the development.Both of them play an important supporting and driving role in the development and transformation of China’s regional economy.In recent years,China’s logistics industry has actively called for the transformation to intelligent logistics by using intelligent information management technology and advanced hardware equipment.The transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements and the sales and export of new products also need the support of logistics services.Therefore,exploring the coupling and coordinated development level of regional logistics innovation system has a certain theoretical basis and practical significance for promoting industrial linkage upgrading and high-quality economic development.Therefore,on the basis of combing and referring to the existing relevant research,this paper first clarifies the mechanism of the coupling development of regional logistics innovation system,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the measurement of the coupling and coordinated development level of logistics innovation system.Secondly,through combing and summarizing the relevant data and literature,the indicators are screened and processed,and finally the relevant data of 30 provinces and cities in China are selected to build the index system of efficiency measurement.Thirdly,after consulting the relevant data and comparing the methods used by predecessors,we choose the research method of non radial data envelopment analysis(sbm-dea)to measure and analyze the relative efficiency of logistics and innovation in 30 provinces and cities from 2007 to 2017.Then,through the relative development degree model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model,the paper quantifies and analyzes the coupling and coordinated development level of China’s regional logistics and innovation efficiency from the relative development situation,the size of interaction and the level of coupling and coordinated development,In most areas,the inefficient comprehensive efficiency is due to the low scale efficiency caused by excessive investment and unreasonable allocation of resources,while in other areas,the pure technical efficiency is low due to the relatively backward technical level and the incompatibility with the existing resources.Finally,the empirical results show that the spatial distribution of the coupling and coordinated development level of China’s regional logistics innovation system shows an unbalanced distribution of "high in the East and low in the west" and "high in the South and low in the north",and there is an obvious imbalance in the development of some regional logistics innovation systems,And the overall development trend is good,most of the areas are in the transition stage to a higher level of development and the stable stage of maintaining the existing high level of development.Finally,according to the empirical results,it is proposed to strengthen the linkage between the regional logistics system and innovation system,and promote the balanced development of the two;Strengthen the cooperation among regions,promote the joint development and mutual reinforcement among regions;Combined with the regional situation,we should encourage technological progress,control excessive investment and industrial scale expansion,and scientifically and reasonably improve the inputoutput efficiency of logistics and innovation. |
