Teacher Profile Research Form The Perspective Of University Teachers’professional Development

Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,and the importance of teachers who are responsible for education is obvious.In order to strengthen the construction of teachers,many scholars have carried out research on teachers’ professional development.At present,most of the research on teachers’ professional development is based on literature and theory,and lacks empirical support.But in the era of data explosion,the data produced by teachers in their daily life and work can best reflect their own professional development and the construction of school teachers.Through the mining and analysis of the data produced in the teacher’s professional development career,the teacher profile can show the teacher’s professional development and provide the support for the teacher’s professional development.Therefore,this paper studies realization and application of college teacher profile from the perspective of teacher professional development.Firstly,based on the construction principle of user profile,this study designs a teacher profile systemthe.The system includes three parts: data import,big data platform and application-oriented query and analysis;the system function includes the construction of teacher profile and the application of teacher profile.The construction of teacher profiles is the core function of the system.This study draws on the construction process of existing teacher profiles,puts forward the construction process of teacher profiles from the perspective of teacher professional development,mainly including clear target stages,data collection stage,data preprocessing stage,profile modeling stage,profile output stage and profile quality evaluation stage,and expounds the main work of each stage.Secondly,according to the designed teacher profile system,This study expounds the implementation methodthe of the database creatation,multi-dimensional teacher profile model construction,profile visualization and profile update.profile model construction is the top priority,this research constructes the teacther profile from the teacher basic attribute label,teacher teaching attribute label and teacher scientific research attribute label,expounds the generation method of each kind of label in detail,establishs the label system of teacher profile,and expounds the weight calculation method of each label.Thirdly,with the current teachers of the School of Marxism of X University as the research object,this paper generates the annual profile of teachers,the personal stage profile of teachers,the theme direction profile and label details profile.Then elaborats the application of teacher profile in the professional development of teachers,including promoting teachers ’ self-cognition and reflection,promoting teachers to improve their personal development plan,helping personalized recommendation,promoting teacher management,strengthening the construction of teachers,build teacher group profile by classification,etc.Finally,the study evaluats the teacher profile by questionnaire method and interview method.The survey results show that the teachers ’profile can clearly and intuitively display the teachers’ data,and to some extent can encourage the teachers to reflect on the teaching and research behavior of the past.
