In the course of the transition from traditional China to the modern world,foreign students play a dual role.It was a large number of foreign students who imported education,human rights and gender concepts,and so on.Women ’ s education and women’s study abroad began to develop in modern China.They began to change their social status through education and to seek equal rights with men.And brave step out of the country,across the ocean,seeking knowledge of the increasing number of women.And the influence of the different culture of studying abroad on the foreign students is also quite different.This paper attempts to restore the uniqueness of the group of female teachers studying in British universities,who,against the background of the social changes in modern China,broke away from the traditional restraints and went abroad to study,through their profound knowledge learning and cultural experience in Britain,furthermore,he has made outstanding achievements in the development of higher education in China,showing his unique style as a university teacher under the experience of studying in Britain.This article is divided into five parts:Through the analysis of the background of Chinese women studying in Britain in modern times,we can see that the development of Chinese women’s education in modern times and the evolution of their study abroad policy provided the basis for women studying in Britain,the limitations of the development of women’s higher education in modern China also prompted Chinese women to seek higher education opportunities.At the same time,attracted by British cultural education and the British government’s return of the Boxer Indemnity,the group of female university teachers in Britain gradually formed.Then it analyzes the group structure of female teachers in modern British universities,and expounds that they were helped by many factors to study abroad.First of all,this paper discusses the general situation of the female faculty in British universities from six aspects: region,family,educational background,specialty,time and ways to go abroad.On this basis,the author analyzes the positive factors that promote the formation of the female faculty in UK universities.The focus of this thesis is to reproduce the educational experience and social activities of female university teachers in Britain.In the British classical academic atmosphere,they devote themselves to study,in the tour to enhance the academic perspective,in interpersonal communication in the British society.Taking Yuan Changying as a case study,this paper describes that Yuan changying was deeply influenced by British culture and grew up to be a “British lady”.After returning to China,this paper expounds the achievements of female teachers from three aspects of education,academic research and social service.Under the influence of the British educational experience,the female teachers in the British universities show the image of a lady in teaching,present new teaching ideas and pass on the knowledge of the“British”teachers from generation to generation And to actively participate in social service based on their own learning.Take Liu Enlan as an example.Finally,the full text of the summary.The formation of the group of female teachers in British universities is a historical choice of women in the fate of modern countries.After returning home,she threw herself into the cause of Chinese modern higher education and insisted on the position of women’s career.Female teachers in British universities have made great contributions to the cultural exchanges between China and the United Kingdom due to their high starting point and outstanding achievements.
