Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Full Time Teachers In Private JK Colleges

Since our country implements the strategy of strengthening the country with talents and rejuvenating the country with science and education,the cultivation and education of talents have a direct impact on the future development trend of our country.Facing the basic national conditions of our country at this stage,the talent cultivation mode is mainly carried out by higher education,and the rise and fall of higher education determines the lifeline of the future development of our country.In the development history of higher education,it has developed from the initial public education to the organic combination of public education and private education.Although the nature of the main body of running a school is different,private colleges and universities also play an important role in the cultivation of talents and the effect on the society.It was first stated in the Constitution adopted at the fifth session of the Fifth National People’s Congress in 1982 It is stipulated that "the State encourages collective economic organizations,state enterprises,institutions and other social forces to set up various educational undertakings in accordance with the provisions of the law.Among them,the relevant laws and regulations on private education have been continuously improved,including the outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan,the law of the People’s Republic of China on the promotion of private education,and some Interim Provisions on running schools by social forces." The promulgation of relevant laws and regulations,such as "several opinions on encouraging social forces to set up education to promote the healthy development of private education",not only provides a solid government level guarantee for the implementation of the orderly,healthy and sustainable development of private education,but also adds bricks and tiles to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country with talents.The development of talents is inseparable from education,and the development of education depends on the development of colleges and universities.The Faculty of a school is the core competitiveness of the development and construction of the school.In order to implement the healthy and competitive sustainable development of the school,we must pay attention to the construction of the faculty.For the special group of full-time teachers in Colleges and universities,who are gathered with knowledge-based talents,they are very important to the self-development I need to have more requirements,we must recognize the importance of private colleges and universities full-time teacher talent incentive,this paper takes JK College as an example,using the literature method to analyze the existing literature research results,on the basis of summarizing the research,taking incentive theory as the theoretical basis,through the way of questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of JK college full-time teacher incentive mechanism and incentive factors Through the analysis of the questionnaire data by spss21.0,combined with Maslow’s demand theory,Herzberg’s two factor theory and Adams equity theory,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the incentive satisfaction and the importance of incentive factors of JK college,and puts forward the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of JK college at the present stage.At the same time,it puts forward the construction strategies of JK College’s incentive mechanism,such as perfecting and implementing the competitive salary system,constructing the talent growth plan,establishing the dynamic and multi-dimensional assessment mechanism,establishing the people-oriented management system,implementing the fair and reasonable job promotion and professional title evaluation procedures,and building a good humanistic environment.It also puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the incentive mechanism In order to provide some reference for JK college to improve the existing talent incentive mechanism,the stability of talents and the long-term sustainable development of the school.
