Research On Realization Of "Five Docking" Of Tourism Management Major In Higher Vocational Colleges

According to the decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education "put forward" promote professional setting and industrial demand,curriculum content and vocational standards,teaching process and production process,graduation certificate,vocational education and lifelong learning docking ",in chongqing 20 higher vocational colleges of tourism management major as research object,and choose two of them as key investigation objects,in-depth research and analysis.Through literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method,10 teachers and students and 250 students in tourism management issued questionnaires to investigate the current realization of the "five docking" of tourism management in higher vocational colleges.It focuses on the in-depth investigation of the professional setting,curriculum content,teaching and training,certificate training and vocational education of the tourism management majors of the two higher vocational colleges in Chongqing.By analyzing the survey findings,It is found that the training of tourism management talents in Chongqing higher vocational colleges has achieved some results in the "five docking",However,in the connection of professional setting and industrial demand,there are still problems of mismatch between the number of graduates and the industry gap,employment intention and job demand,and the expectations of talent supply and demand;In terms of the connection of course content and vocational standards,there are still the mismatch between curriculum structure and vocational needs,curriculum objectives and vocational ability,curriculum resources and industry standards;In the connection of teaching process and production process,there are still problems of mismatch between teaching objectives and enterprise needs,teaching form and work process,teaching teachers and the backbone of the industry;In the docking of graduation certificate and vocational qualification certificate,there are still problems between evaluation standards and employment standards,certificate training and employment needs,teacher ability and qualification needs;In terms of vocational education and lifelong learning,there are still problems of mismatch technical skills and comprehensive quality,pre-vocational education and post-vocational education,growth will and growth space.Combining Dewey ’s pragmatic education theory with Tao Xingzhi’ s life education theory,And Marx’s comprehensive technology education thought,For the connection of professional setting and industrial needs,Adjusting the professional structure is proposed,Grasp the current market situation and optimize the training objectives,Highlighting the reasonable matching and the building of the job market,Suggestions to promote talent flow;For the connection of course content and vocational standards,The posed the structure is proposed,Give full play to the characteristics of vocational education and cultivate innovative talents,Closely related to career needs and rich curriculum resources,Suggestions for focusing on industry standards;For the connection of teaching process and production process,Clear teaching objectives are proposed,Fully adapt to enterprises,build a cooperation platform,Improve the base construction,improve the teachers ’ ability,Suggestions on consolidating the faculty staff;For the connection of graduation certificate and vocational qualification certificate,Rich evaluation criteria are proposed,Innovate diversified models,attach importance to curriculum and certificate integration,Emphasizing the combination of education and training and promoting the pilot work,Suggestions on improving the certificate system;For the connection of vocational education and lifelong learning,The importance on lifelong education,Promote sustainable development and improve career education,Establish a tracking service and construction credit bank,Suggestions to broaden the growth channels.To Explore the Tourism Management Talent Training Model,Enrich the Tourism Talent Growth System and Improve Higher Vocational Colleges.
