With the rapid development of digital technology,people’s lifestyles and educational concepts are undergoing changes.Many countries,regions and international organizations urgently need 21 st century talent,have devoted themselves to the cultivation of talents,and put forward different frameworks of 21 st century competence.Among them,collaborative competency is one of the necessary capabilities for 21 st century talents mentioned in all frameworks.As a typical representative of learning-centered learning forms,collaborative learning is considered to be a new teaching mode that is beneficial to cultivating students’ advanced cognitive goals and collaborative competency.It has attracted more and more researchers and scholars’ continuous attention.Nowadays,the research on collaborative learning has been more matured day by day.However,in the localized practice of collaborative learning,learners are prone to "drift","free rider","listener","sucker" and other phenomena,these phenomena are further reflected the lack of learners’ collaborative competency in the process of collaborative learning.Accordingly,SSRL(Socially Shared Regulation of Learning,SSRL)is introduced into collaborative learning activities,focusing on the question of "How to design collaborative learning activities based on SSRL theory to cultivate and develop learners’ collaborative competency?",following the research logic of "focusing on the problem,analyzing the problem","constructing the framework to solve the problem","carrying out practice,iteratively improving the framework" and "reflection and summary",expanding the following three aspects of research content: 1.Defines the concept of collaborative competency and analyze the relevant elements of collaborative competency,collaborative learning and SSRL;2.Propose the design points of SSRL learning activities oriented to the cultivation of collaborative competency,integrating the elements of analysis to construct the SSRL learning activity design framework;3.Use design-based research methods Carry out pre-experiments and two rounds of formal experiments,design specific learning activities based on the learning activity framework and the actual learning situation of the fifth class of the seventh grade of N middle school,combined with the actual curriculum and the revised framework after each round,testing the effectiveness of the framework and iteratively generate a more perfect framework.After sorting and analyzing the literature and experimental data,the following main research conclusions are drawn:1.Collaborative competency is the fundamental goal of collaborative learning,not the natural product of collaborative learning.It is difficult for learners to acquire collaborative competency independently,so it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of collaborative competency.2.Collaborative competency is a multi-dimensional diversified concept,which refers to the social level adjustment and effort made by the learners in the group around the common goal,including the breadth of interaction,namely the participation,the depth of interaction,namely the interaction quality,specific divided into three dimensions: participation,opinion picking,and social adjustment.3.Collaborative learning based on SSRL can effectively promote the cultivation of learners’ collaborative competency.Its learning activity design framework includes three parts: "initial analysis and structural design","SSRL collaborative learning activity implementation" and "evaluation".The main points of learning activity design include five aspects: dual goal orientation,reality,process controllability,task collaboration and support accuracy.In the existing research,the research perspective of cultivating learners’ collaborative competency has not received enough attention.This research deeply researches the connotation,value and evaluation dimensions of collaborative competency,conducts research with the cultivation of collaborative competency as the goal-oriented and innovatively introduces SSRL theory to guide collaborative learning,designs and continuously iteratively improves the learning activity design framework and activity design.It is of great significance for cultivating the collaborative competency of learners at the basic education stage.At the same time,it also provides practical cases for cultivating collaborative competency based on SSRL.
