The Construction Of Community Psychological Service System From The Perspective Of Health Promotion Research

With the development of economy and society,mental health problem have attracted people’s attention.According to a survey data,the prevalence of mental illness in China have increasing year by year,which has become the focus of extensive concern of the whole society.In recent year,The party and the government have issued many policies and suggestions,clearly put forward to pay attention to mental health services,improving urban and rural community psychological service system,enhancing the mental health literacy of Chinese residents.However,the construction of the community psychological service system in our country is still in the exploratory stage.There are relatively few studies on the participation of social work in the construction of the community psychological service system,and there is no mature service model.Based on the community psychological system construction x project of an association,this study used participatory observation and questionnaire survey to understand the psychological conditions and needs of F community residents in B city of Shaanxi Province,and made a research plan by analyzing related problems.As the instruction of the theory of health promotion strategy framework with five aspects,namely developing the healthy public policy,creating a supportive environment,developing personal skills,and strengthening community action,the project team provides mental health support services for community residents by using the professional social work methods such as community,group,individual,and integrating various resources,Explore the construction of a community psychological service system which includes psychological counseling support,one-on-one counseling,group activities,psychological salon etc.Through the practical process of analyzing the effectiveness and limitations of social work in promoting the construction of community psychological service system,the current community psychological service is lack of systematic construction,in policy,talent,facilities and equipment,there are deficiencies;Put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the construction of community psychological service system,namely creating efficient organization and management system,set up effective service measures system,build a comprehensive publicity and education system,the design of scientific monitoring and evaluation system,to build a professional human resource system,building perfect facilities system six subsystems to strengthen community psychological service system construction,To provide community residents with more professional community psychological services,improve the community residents’ mental health level.
