| Because of China’s rapid economic development and the complex and changeable working environment,industry reforming,upgrading and “ Internet + ” artificial intelligence occurring,there is a severe competition between many Internet enterprises.Especially for the Internet knowledge workers studied in this paper,we are accustomed to pay attention to the renewal and transformation of new products,but it is easy to ignore the knowledge talents who struggle in the front line of the Internet industry.Meanwhile,Internet knowledge workers are on the basis of certain technical ability to undertake the company’s important management business,and also they have serious stress management problems due to a series of unhealthy work patterns.For the problem of stress management of Internet knowledge workers,the author carries out field investigation in Xi’an A Software Park by questionnaire survey and interview.According to the analysis of data,it is obvious to find that this group exist stress problems and they are short of stress management and related theoretical knowledge,so it will have a negative impact on their own work and life.The author learned from one-to-one interviews that the stress problems of knowledge workers will affect their psychological,physical and social interaction ability.And they also hope to get effective support and feasible methods to change and improve the current stress situation.In view of this kind of situation and their needs,the author selected ten group members through purposeful sampling and interviews,based on social learning theory,cognitive behavior theory and stress management theory.And then the author formulated and carried out six group activities with stress management as the theme.The first is to understand the current situation of Internet knowledge workers’ stress and their own main sources of stress,and the second is to learn to deal with stress and manage stress reasonably by learning the relevant knowledge of stress management.Finally,it is gradually applied to every stress event and finally achieve group goals.During the process of implementation,the author tried to record and improve the whole group’s problems.After the end of the group activities,the author made a process evaluation and result evaluation.From the group activities and the results of the evaluation,the demands of the team members were basically satisfied and finally the ability of stress management was improved.Therefore,this study confirms that it is feasible and effective for the stress management of Internet knowledge workers to use group work methods. |
