Research On The Social Network Of Shaanxi Lacquer Craftsmanship Inheritors From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the spread of multiculturalism and the pressure of market competition,the lacquer craft of L Village,Pingli County,Shaanx i Province is suffering from serious impact.The inheritor of lacquer craft in L village,as the inheritor of lacquer craft in L village,appeared the fault phenomenon.This phenomenon hinders the pace of rural cultural revitalization,which is urgently needed the attention and attention of all sectors of society,it also needs the attention and intervention of social work to this social group and social problems.Under the support of the social network theory and through the unstructured interview method,the preliminary analysis of this study concluded that the social network characteristics of the inheritors of lacquer craft in L village,that is to say,the communication objects are relatively fixed and the network space is relatively closed.In order to get a better understanding about the real reasons behind the characteristics of the social network of the inheritors of lacquer craft in L village,this study collected and analyzed the evolution process of the social network of the inheritors of lacquer craft in L village through oral history research method.In this process of evolution,the inheritors of lacquer craft choose to communicate with homogeneous groups in the initial establishment of social network,it is aimed at gain the recognition and support from the industry.In order to obtain more social capital,we choose to communicate with heterogeneous groups when expanding social network.In general,both of these networks will penetrate each other in the process of maintaining the relationship network.In order to inherit and develop lacquer craft better,local inheritors need to expand their social network constantly.However,there are some difficulties in the network expansion of inheritors.On the one hand,it is influenced by social institutional factors,which are mainly manifested as the lack of support from relevant social organizations and challenges in external development.On the other hand,it is from the influence of capital factors,and it is mainly human capital and social capital.The most important and fundamental reason is the existence of “ structural hole” in the expansion of social network.The altruism value idea of social work not only agrees with the theory of “ structural hole”,but also has the advantage of occupying“ structural hole”.Through the analysis of the advantages of social work in the expansion of inheritors’ social network,the application process of “ structural hole” theory in the four basic systems of social work is combed out.Finally,based on the background of rural revitalization,this study puts forward the corresponding strategies for social work to intervene in the social network expansion of the inheritors of lacquer art in L village,so that the inheritors can keep up with the pace of rural revitalization strategy and grasp the opportunity of cultural development.At the same time,social workers should pay full attention to the development of local network platforms and focus on cultivating relevant social organizations for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
