It is the foundation of our country to encourage students to study,and the first task of government is to cultivate talents.Education is an important foundation stone for national rejuvenation and social progress,and a moral and political project that benefits the present and the future.On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at a seminar for teachers of ideological and political theory courses that the most fundamental thing is to fully implement the party’s educational policy,we should solve the fundamental problem of who to train,how to train and for whom to train.At the same time,the general secretary also said: The role of ideological and political courses can not be replaced,ideological and political course teachers have a great responsibility;the key to running ideological and political theory courses is teachers.Ideological and Political Education Teachers in colleges and universities undertake the political mission and carry out the responsibility of educating people.They are duty-bound to solve "this fundamental problem" and are also the key to the realization of the Chinese Dream Chinese dream.Guided by the Party Central Committee meeting,policy documents,leaders’ speeches and various circular regulations,this study starts from the current dilemma faced by ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and by consulting the materials,to understand the academic circle’s concern angle and research degree on the issue of ideological and political course teachers’ role identification,combined with the characteristics of the new era and the new requirements for the teachers of ideological and political course in colleges and universities,and based on the questionnaire survey,find out the current ideological and political education teachers professional role identity there are some problems.Among them: at the two ends of the Teaching Age,ideological and political teachers’ burnout tends to rise,male teachers’ dissatisfaction with their income is higher than female teachers’,and the social approval of teachers with low professional titles is lower.Taking the exploration of the practical path of ideological and political teachers’ professional role identity as the foothold,this paper puts forward the feasible path that accords with the ideological and political teachers’ professional role identity from two angles of self-promotion and organizational cultivation.Putting the self-improvement of ideological and political teachers in the first place,strengthening teachers’ cognition,will and action to provide endogenous impetus for their professional role identity,and putting the organizational cultivation of ideological and political teachers in the key position,to create atmosphere,create conditions and strengthen cultivation to provide an inter-group environment for the development of ideological and political teachers.The combination of self-improvement and tissue development,to enhance the sense of professional honor,trust and belonging of teachers in colleges and universities,so that they can correctly understand the role conflicts and make adjustments,integrate their own development into the social development,and enhance the mutual suitability between their own work and their own,to reduce the conflicts between the main body of ideological and political education and their own work,and to promote teachers to play a positive role as "dream builders"...
