The State Council issued the Outline for the "Healthy China 2030" initiative which highlights the content of health should cover the whole cycle of human life,and early childhood is the key stage of habit-building for healthy behavior.Actions are the medium for the children’s healthy growth.They learn actions in training and acquire survival skills in actions.Therefore,the healthy growth of young children cannot be divorced from the development of actions.However,the current development of children’s physical fitness and basic motor skills in China is not optimistic,and effective measures are urgently needed to strengthen the development of children’s physical fitness and motor skills.Based on this,this study uses children’s track and field sports as an intervention method,with physical development as the mainstay,skill development as a supplement,attention to the standardization and effectiveness of movements,and thematic activities to explore how it promotes the development of preschool children’s physical skills.Influence,so as to provide a certain reference and reference for the development of preschool children’s movements.In order to verify the feasibility and teaching value of the children’s track and field sports to promote the physical skills development of preschool children,the theoretical basis of its teaching content was analyzed from the aspects of the laws of children’s physical development,the laws of children’s psychological development,and the theory of sports bionics.And explore.In this article,the research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method are used.60 children in the kindergarten class of the Political Department of Guangzhou Military Region are used as the research object,and the theme of children’s track and field sports is designed and created.The activity is the teaching content,and the experimental research on the development of the physical skills of pre-school children,the results show that:1.Toddlers of the same age,but at different times of admission to school,have different levels of their own motor development ability.2.In terms of physical skill test scores: After the experimental intervention,the control group has a greater impact on children’s basic motor skills and posture control capabilities,which are concentrated in speed,balance and sensitivity,while the experimental group can develop children more comprehensively The physical qualities of agility,speed,balance and explosive power show that the designed and created children’s track and field theme activities are better than traditional sports activities in terms of intervention effects.3.In terms of physical skill test results: After the experimental intervention,the improvement of the children’s physical skills in the experimental class was better than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the children’s track and field sports theme activities It is better than traditional sports activities in improving the standardization and control ability of children’s movements.4.Through the analysis of children’s physical skills test scores and physical skills test technical evaluation results,it can be seen that the higher the children’s motor development level,the better the children’s physical skills test scores,and there is a positive correlation between the two.
