Abstract/Summary:
Vocational education is an important part of China’s education,and it is the foundation of the construction of the education system.It is the key to ensure the sustainable development of vocational education to build a team of teachers with sufficient quantity,good quality,reasonable structure,the combination of professional and part-time,and relative stability,and it is also an important work to improve the quality of vocational education and enhance its social attraction.Promoting the professional growth of professional teachers is an effective way to improve the overall quality of teachers and strengthen team construction.In this paper,through reading about vocational teachers’ professional growth of domestic and foreign literature and books,to understand the present situation of vocational teachers’ professional growth found the professional teachers in the process of professional growth has certain problems: teacher professional development consciousness is weak,insufficient understanding of the "double type" teachers,practical ability and professional ability is not strong,few research projects,professional growth evaluation mechanism is not sound,lack professional growth of system guarantee and imperfect university-enterprise cooperation policy.Therefore,the paper based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,teachers life cycle theory,the hierarchy of needs theory,and the theory of lifelong education,and according to the prophase of career status and influence factors of teacher professional development research,through reading literature,the primary factors affecting the measure index,and then according to the expert evaluation and individual interview method,finally construct the influence factors of preliminary measure index system and model,to compile the final questionnaire.Questionnaire for vocational teachers to jiangxi province as the investigation scope,the influence factors of the professional growth of teachers’ professionalization is divided into three dimensions: personal,school and society,using descriptive analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,and around the three dimensions of professional growth to the importance of the present situation and influence factors are analyzed.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the following conclusions are drawn: from the personal level,first,professional teachers are generally satisfied with their professional growth status,but they have a high degree of career love;Secondly,vocational teachers have a strong desire for professional growth,and have a certain ability of professional growth;Third,female teachers are more willing to grow professionally than male teachers.Fourthly,with the growth of age,professional teachers’ self-education ability is significantly improved;Fifthly,personal factors are the biggest factors that affect the professional growth of professional teachers.From the school level,the professional growth of professional teachers is limited,practice and other abilities need to be improved;Secondly,the sense of self-identity and school salary play a key role in professional teachers’ professional growth satisfaction.From the social level,the sense of self-identity,school compensation and education policies and regulations jointly affect professional teachers’ professional growth intention.Family support is key;The teaching time is far more than the practical working time of the enterprise;Relatively attach importance to investment in vocational education.Therefore,according to the above research conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.From the individual level,professional teachers need to make efforts;Set up firm educational belief,stimulate the inner motivation of professional growth;Lifelong learning is an important way for professional teachers to grow professionally.From the school level,firstly,to strengthen the attention to the professional growth of teachers and support strength;Second,attach importance to material needs,establish and perfect material incentive system;Third,set up the cooperation platform between schools and innovate the training system.From the social level,first of all,we should create a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.Secondly,families should provide necessary support.Thirdly,improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism to alleviate the imbalance of teachers’ knowledge structure;Finally,the state should increase investment in vocational education and optimize the structure of vocational education teachers.
