With the development of educational neuroscience,people have a further understanding of the relevance of brain science and education.In recent years,a series of researches based on brain science methods have proved that the game has the function of promoting the development of cognitive ability.At the same time,some researches have shown that learners' individual differences will make them get different effects in cognitive training.Theory has promoted the development of applications,and now there are many systems that provide cognitive training.However,the current recommendation system of cognitive training has some problems that the recommendation is not personalized enough,such as the "most popular game" or the"hottest game" based on traffic or traffic.With non-personalized recommendations,the user may find it difficult to choose the cognitive training game that suits them,and the user may not know how long to train or how much to train with each training.In order to solve the above problems,this paper introduces collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,designs and implements personalized recommendation system of cognitive training game based on collaborative filtering,and elaborates how to solve the problems of "cold start" and "data sparseness" in recommendation system,Through the content-based recommendation algorithm and project score prediction algorithm to rule out the problem,improve the accuracy of the recommendation system,at the same time the cognitive training game personalized recommendation system proposed in this paper is applied to the cognitive training platform.In order to verify the effect of personalized recommendation,this paper selected a university students in the effectiveness of the experiment and satisfaction survey.The experimental results show that the cognitive ability of students who adopt cognitive training is more than that of students who use random non-personalized recommendation for cognitive training.The results show that students are more willing to use the system with personalized recommendation.The personalized recommendation system of cognitive training game based on collaborative filtering proposed in this paper can improve the user training experience,arouse the user's training interest,improve the training efficiency of users and improve the development of the user's cognitive ability.
