| Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the rapid development of social economy,the continuous updating of network tools,and the accelerated interweaving of multiculturalism,college students’ curiosity about high-tech and the exploration of unknown knowledge,as well as the need for the ability to integrate information and knowledge,have become stronger.And more and more sophisticated ways to explore and acquire knowledge to the students bring endless convenience,but also gradually limit and "confinement" of the students live and make friends,most students are increasingly willing to adopt this efficient network Find patterns to learn and improve,and spend a lot of time for this.Long-term solitude on the Internet is not only harmful to health,but also hinders the establishment and development of college students’ self-confidence.On the other hand,the pressure of university students’ employment competition is increasing,and the academic pressure is also increasing.University students have to invest a lot of time in learning professional knowledge and strengthening their own skills.Therefore,for many non-physical students,sitting for a long time has become a daily necessity.This research is based on the 2019 sophomore physical elective course of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as the experimental objects.It mainly studies the influence of physical training on sedentary female college students’ body shape and self-confidence.It mainly uses the method of literature data,expert interviews,and teaching experiment methods.,Mathematical analysis,Logical analysis and other research methods focus on the current status of sedentary female college students’ body shape and self-confidence,as well as the influence of body training on their body shape and self-confidence,and the relationship between sedentary and self-confidence.The main conclusions are drawn through the research:1.Studies have shown that sedentary phenomena are common among female college students,lack of understanding of the health and beauty of the body shape,and lack of knowledge about body shape training.2.The main reasons that cause female college students to sit for a long time are as follows: they are the needs of professional courses in their majors,online access to learning related materials,libraries,mobile entertainment,etc.3.Long-term sedentary causes female college students to have bad body shape,normal physiological curve deformation,such as head forward,neck forward,round shoulder hunchback,head forward,high and low shoulders,pelvic forward and other bad postures produce.4.Sitting for long periods of time also has an extremely negative effect on the mental health of female college students.It usually doubles the sense of loneliness of the sedentary and lack of normal social time,which leads to a decline in their self-confidence.And the longer the sedentary time,the lower the self-confidence.5.Physical training plays a positive role in promoting the body shape and self-confidence of sedentary female college students.In terms of body shape,it is mainly manifested in that the value of their body circumference tends to become healthy,and the body shape is somewhat different.Improvement;in terms of self-confidence,it is mainly manifested in the enhancement of self-confidence,so that sedentary female college students can relieve the pressure of study independently and relieve anxiety. |
