Abstract/Summary:
Objective: When applying the "hierarchical teaching" mode in physical education in higher vocational colleges,according to the actual teaching situation,design the evaluation indexes for evaluating the quality of physical education,and analyze the statistical results of relevant indexes to demonstrate the influence of the "hierarchical teaching" mode on the quality of physical education.Methods: Literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and statistical analysis were used.According to the results of expert interviews,the research significance and feasibility of this paper are determined.Randomly select two male classes in the track and field course of 2017 University Sports III in Guangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology,one class is an experimental class,and the teaching mode is "layered lifting teaching";Class 2is the control class,which adopts the traditional teaching mode.The designed evaluation indexes are back sliding shot put,standing triple jump and standing30-meter running.Results: By comparing the teaching experiment results of the "hierarchical lifting teaching" mode adopted by the experimental class and the traditional teaching mode adopted by the control class,it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the standing triple jump and the standing 30-meter running,and there is a very significant difference in the back sliding shot put,so the learning effect of the experimental class students is better than that of the control class students.Conclusion: "Hierarchical teaching" mode can organize teaching for students at different levels,and the teaching effect is good.It can improve students’ enthusiasm and participation in classroom learning;Students at all levels guide each other to learn,correct wrong actions in time and master action skills;The application of "hierarchical teaching" is beneficial to reflect the teaching effect in time.
