| With the rapid development of China’s economy,accompanied by the aging and disability of the population,China entered into an aging society in 1999.The average population of a family has been declining,the“421”family structure has been increasing,and the family pension function has been gradually weakened.China’s aging process can be said to show the characteristics of increasing number,accelerating speed and getting old before getting rich.The analysis of long-term care services can be used as a reference for government decision-making,and the formulation of population and social policies related to population aging,so as to further optimize the population structure and improve the quality of the population,effectively avoid the social risks of population aging and promote population and social economy.In this context,this paper mainly analyzes the factors of the elderly’s choice of long-term care mode,selects the disabled elderly as the research object,and discusses the existing problems in the two aspects of long-term care service mode,namely formal care and informal care.（1）According to the analysis of CHLHS survey data,age,spouse,education level,living area,number of children,physical health and life satisfaction of the elderly have significant effects on the choice of care mode for the disabled elderly.（2）based on the data analysis of urban and rural areas,due to the rural areas than in cities for formal care provide fewer services and service quality is limited,can significantly affect the urban elderly selectively variables are age,gender,marital status,family income,physical health level and health satisfaction,and can significantly affect the rural elderly status variables only age and occupation selection mode,for health and income is not significant.（3）Based on the analysis of the factors of the implementation of long-term care insurance and the elderly’s choice of services in Shanghai,the pilot city,it can be seen that the elderly with different service needs have different characteristics,and the current long-term care model can better meet the needs of the elderly for long-term care services.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions from three aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,establishing and improving personnel training mechanism,and providing targeted care services. |
