Regional convention is the regional play rules made for children to obey mutually with the purpose of implementing the regional plays smoothly and making the plots continue so as to avoid or reduce the conflicts and fighting in playing children’s regional plays.Regional convention with reasonable arrangement can help children develop the sense of order and improve their ability of social communication.Otherwise,it will stop children from implementing regular plays.In the research,the author mainly adopts natural observation method and as the non-participator,the author adopts the method of "event sampling" and keeps record of the case in details instantly.For example,in drama play,it is about the details of languages,actions,instructional behaviors of teachers,etc.Taking the example of S kindergarten where the author is working,through present arrangement of regional convention in drama play of kindergarten,the thesis makes an analysis on the existing issues.According to 95 cases collected by the author,the violations of regional convention in drama play of kindergarten can be summarized as follows:Children of junior grade have the most violations of the rules of safety and sanitation,and children of middle and senior grades have the most violations in regional convention of social and specific events;The older the children are,the more violations they will have in drama play;Children have the most violations on behaviors of regional convention,but with becoming older,children of middle and senior grades will have more violations in regional convention of languages.In addition,no matter which grade they are in,it is apparent for the boys to have more violations of regional convention than the girls.As for the "violations" in children’s drama play,there are two main reasons as follows:].It is the issue of the teacher’s attitude towards games.Due to failing to recognize children’s behaviors properly,the teacher will make a subjective judgment on children’s behaviors of violating the rule;2.It is because unreasonable arrangement of regional convention,which leads to violations.Based on relevant analysis,the author puts forward strategic suggestions on completing regional regular education of drama play in kindergartens:reducing presuppositions of teachers and giving play to children’s subjective initiatives;Teachers and Children consulting with each other and making regional conventions together;Roughly dealing with regional convention and integrating regional convention into regular education;making regional convention present dynamically and changing the fixed mode. |
