Adult higher education is an important component of modern higher education,which plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of a powerful human resource country and a learning society.However,under the continuous impact of the wave of popularization,informationization and internationalization of higher education,adult higher education,as a form of diploma compensation education,is facing more and more severe survival crisis and development pressure.Based on the concepts of social integration,urban-rural integration,military civilian integration,media integration,industry and education integration,science and education integration,integration education and other concepts at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a new concept of adult higher education integration development,and then discusses its feasibility from the two aspects of theory and practice,trying to figure out why,what,what to do and how to do.In order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the sustainable development of adult higher education.Firstly,guided by symbiosis theory,interest related theory and collective action theory,this paper explores the essential characteristics,dynamic process,main modes and dynamic mechanism of adult higher education integration development,and reveals the essence of adult higher education integration development which is to build a mutually beneficial and symbiotic system,stakeholders and collective action organization.The main mode of the integration and development of adult higher education is explored which is type fusion,level fusion and process fusion.This paper puts forward a new concept of adult higher education integration development force,which is the interaction model of endogenous and external,dynamic and resistance coexisting.Secondly,taking the continuing education reform of Hunan Agricultural University as an example,this paper focuses on the internal integration,external integration and cross-border integration of adult higher education.Through typical cases and characteristic projects of adult higher education integration development,it discusses the main content and mode of adult higher education integration development.This paper puts forward the collective action mechanism of reducing industry barriers and "free riding" phenomenon through the internal integration of online learning and "education + skills" as the core,the external integration of colleges and universities and correspondence stations or self-study examination points as the main line,and the external integration of school enterprise cooperation and scientific research practice.Thirdly,on the basis of literature research,theoretical speculation and practical exploration,through the in-depth reflection and scientific diagnosis of the integrated development of adult higher education in Hunan Agricultural University,on the premise of affirming the achievements and summing up experience,the theoretical bottlenecks and main limiting factors of the integrated development of adult higher education in ordinary colleges and universities are discussed in depth.In order to solve the three prominent problems of cognitive bias,institutional constraints and resource shortage,this paper explores the implementation strategy of adult higher education integration development in Colleges and universities from the three levels of government,school and society. |
