The supervision of basic education in our country has been gradually restored and developed after the reform and opening up,and it has made important contributions to the innovation and development of basic education.Supervision of basic education is an important part of basic education management,an important means to ensure the implementation of basic education laws and regulations,and an important mechanism to ensure the smooth realization of local basic education goals.With the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the research on supervision of basic education has been strengthened and the results have been enriched day by day.While the research focusing on provincial basic education is relatively weak,and it is hard to integrate into the provincial educational reform and developing situation.Based on the historical context of the supervision of basic education in Fujian province,this paper makes relevant research on the current situation of supervision of basic education in Fujian province through literature review,field investigation and interview.Then it mainly discusses the operation mechanism of supervision of basic education in Fujian province and analyzes the existing problems.Finally,it puts forward the optimization strategy of joint management and joint promotion at four levels,such as government,school,society and supervision team building,aiming to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant education policies.In this way,it reaches the goal of promoting the sustainable and coordinated development of basic education in Fujian province and promoting the scientific and democratic management of basic education.There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter is mainly to investigate the historical context of the supervision of basic education in Fujian Province,in order to grasp the development situation of the supervision of basic education in Fujian Province since the establishment of ancient,modern and new China.Next chapter is mainly to investigate the current situation of the supervision of basic education in Fujian Province,including the construction of the “Trinity” supervision system,the establishment of the supervision team and the promulgation of the supervision administrative regulations.The third chapter mainly focuses on the realistic dilemma of basic education supervision in Fujian Province.The fourth chapter is to propose the optimization strategy of basic education supervision in Fujian Province.
