Dragon boat sport is an excellent traditional folk sport in my country.With the standardization and internationalization of dragon boat competitions,many professional dragon boat competitions with higher competitive levels have emerged,among which the Chinese Dragon Boat Race is the most representative.In the Chinese Dragon Boat Competition,Lecong Team,Jiujiang Team,Hushan Team and other teams represent the top technical and tactical level of my country’s dragon boat.In order to enrich the theoretical research on dragon boat tactics in our country,this article takes the tactics used by the top three professional men’s dragon boat teams in China in the 200-meter straight race of the Chinese Dragon Boat Race as the research object,and introduces the paddle effect coefficient and 1-2-3-4 Tactical description mode,an attempt to quantify the effect of rowing,through video analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,analyze the common tactical modes of our excellent professional dragon boat teams and establish the optimal model,and explore the winning factors of the 200-meter straight race.The results are as follows:1.In the 200-meter straight race,the excellent professional dragon boat teams in my country have used paddle frequency tactics such as 1-4-2-3 mode,1-4-3-2 mode,1-3-4-2 mode and 2-4-3-1 mode,the commonly used paddle frequency tactical mode is 1-4-2-3 mode;the used speed tactical mode includes 1-4-3-2 mode,1-3-4-2 mode,1-2-4-3 mode and 1-4-2-3 mode,the commonly used speed tactics mode is 1-4-3-2mode;the used paddle effect tactics include 1-4-2-3 mode,1-4-3-2 mode,1-3-2-4mode and 1-3-4-2 mode,the commonly used paddle effect tactical mode is 1-4-3-2mode.2.The optimal paddle frequency tactical model of the excellent professional men’s dragon boat team in my country is 1-4-2-3,the optimal speed tactical model is1-4-3-2,and the optimal paddling effect tactical model is 1-4-3.-2.3.The 200-meter performance has a significant correlation with the rowing effect coefficient of each team in the s1 stage and the average rowing effect coefficient of the whole course.The rowing effect factor can accurately reflect the winning factors of the 200-meter straight race.The larger the average rowing effect coefficient in the whole course,the better the results in the 200-meter straight race,especially the rowing effect in the s1 stage,which has the greatest impact on the results. |
