| As the basis of national management and scientific decision-making,statistics is quite important.It is the "barometer","thermometer",and "diagnostic aid" for economic and social development.As China enters a new era,its new orientation has become increasingly prominent.The government statistical data not only has become an major support for the government to make scientific macro decisions,but also an important reference basis for enterprises and institutions and individuals to carry out production and operation activities at the micro level.In recent years,the falsification of statistical data,the distortion of data,the heavy water content,the deviation of data and the inconsistency of reports have been frequently reported,and have been questioned and criticized by people,which has seriously affected the credibility of government statistics and the authority of government image.How to improve the statistics credibility has become a difficult problem to be solved.By consulting domestic and foreign research literature on government statistical credibility,using relevant theoretical foundations to define the meaning and related concepts of government statistical credibility,using literature research methods,questionnaire survey and other analytical methods,choosing YZ City as an example,through visit and questionnaire surveys to find and analyze the relevant factors that affect the credibility of government statistics.The mainly existing problems,such as statistical data distortion,departmental data fights,external administrative interference,insufficient statistical methods and systems,insufficient service capacity,low statistical survey coordination,insufficient publicity information asymmetry,and weak statistical law enforcement supervision,which have become the limiting factor for government statistical credibility.On this basis,we put forward the realization path to improve the credibility of government statistics: the first,to change the concept of development and meet the needs of the times;the second,to strengthen the rule of law and adhere to statistics;the third,to improve the methods and systems,improve statistical methods;the fourth,to optimize service methods and continuously improve service quality;the fifth,to build a credibility system to improve the quality of source data;the sixth,to strengthen the construction of statistical teams to improve the capacity of statistics;the seventh,to strengthen the strength of statistical publicity and improve the ability to respond to public opinion;the eighth,to learn from beneficial experience,explore new management mechanisms. |
