| Classroom management is a management process in which teachers follow certain rules in the classroom,deal with problems in the classroom timely and effectively,coordinate various relationships,create an effective classroom environment,stimulate students’ potential,make each link of classroom teaching go on smoothly and realize teaching objectives efficiently.Although educational experts at home and abroad have studied classroom management and achieved some results,there is a lack of theoretical and practical research on classroom management of hearing impaired students in secondary vocational education,and there is no set of classroom management strategies for hearing impaired students in secondary vocational education.Taking the special education schools in A city as the main research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis to conduct research from four dimensions of classroom environment management,classroom problem behavior management,classroom teacher-student relationship management,classroom defect compensation and potential development management.It reveals that the classroom environment management,which is prevalent in the classroom management of students with hearing impairment in the current stage of secondary vocational education,ignores the principal position of students,the classroom problem behavior management becomes a mere form,the classroom teacher-student relationship management is not in place,and the classroom potential development and defect compensation management are contradictory.On the basis of analyzing the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward the classroom management strategies for hearing impaired students in secondary vocational education: student-centered supportive classroom environment management strategies;Goal-oriented positive reinforcement classroom problem behavior management strategy;Classroom teacher-student relationship management strategy based on building communication bridge;In this paper,we summarize and look forward to the research on the coordinated management strategy of classroom defect compensation and potential development. |
