Education informatization has been considered as a strategic priority for the advancement of education modernization.A lot of human,financial and material resources have been invested,but the effect was not satisfactory.The main reason is the lack of targeted,sustainable and front-line teaching-oriented education informatization services.Aiming at the problem of education informatization in the region,this study proposes to integrate all resources,organize a county education informatization service team and establish an education informatization service mechanism to steadily promote county education informatization and solve the "last mile" problem of education informatization.Understanding the needs of grass-roots education informatization is the cornerstone of building a county education informatization service team.In order to understand the service requirements of education informatization leadership for the administrators and the requirements of informatization teaching for teachers,questionnaires were distributed to 33positive(deputy)principals and 185 teachers from 10 primary and middle schools in the county.Based on the demand survey and the revelation of relevant literature research,this study proposes the construction of a county education informatization team based on TPCK theory and PDCA cycle theory,etc.The design idea is designed to include members of all levels of service teams including college education technology experts,county-level audiovisual museum experts,teacher training school subject teachers and front-line information technology application backbones.According to the refined management theory,the specific business is subdivided into three service levels: basic level,professional level and application level,and then the corresponding practical activities are designed.After more than a year of service practice,the case team of this study,the Dehua County Information Service Team,has achieved good results in promoting the development of the county’s education information technology.It verifies the effectiveness of the construction scheme of the county information service team proposed in this study.The main service results achieved by the case team are as follows:(1)Helping subject teachers improve their ability to apply information technology and achieve good results in various informatization education and teaching competitions;(2)Promoting the construction of information infrastructure in primary and secondary schools,and laying the foundation for the improvement of school-based information teaching and management;(3)Promoting the construction of "three links and two platforms",and building the public service platform of county education management into a comprehensive,refined and intelligent education information service platform.The study also found that the effectiveness of the county education informatization service team resulted from whether the orientation of the service team is consistent with the work plan of the regional education administration department,the time guarantee of team members,and how to help schools clarify their own education informatization service needs,etc.In the further research,we will make a more in-depth exploration from the aspects of service team working mechanism,service team professional growth,team activity design,team work evaluation,etc.,and more effectively promote the construction of county education informatization service team.
