Research On The Motivation And Behavior Promotion Of College Students’ Physical Exercise Participation From The Perspective Of Push-pull Theory

With the increasing attention to physical exercise,the number of college students participating in the exercise is growing.College students,as the backbone of human resources in China,play a decisive role in the future development of the country.To explore the group sports participation motivation of college students can stimulate their enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise,improve and improve the physical and mental quality of college students,and cultivate college students to form a lifelong exercise habit and optimistic and healthy attitude towards life,which is helpful for school sports workers to guide and assist college students to exercise correctly.Based on the literature review,this paper verifies the feasibility and advantages of "push-pull" model applied to the research of College Students’ motivation for physical exercise.It collects and sorts out the factors of College Students’ participation in physical exercise with the methods of literature review,interview and expert consultation.Combining the push-pull theory as the theoretical basis,it compiles the push-pull resistance scale of College Students’ participation in physical exercise,and adopts the method of stratified and random sampling 908 college students from 5 universities in Fuzhou University City were investigated by questionnaire,the results of which met the requirements of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis;the common factor of push pull resistance was extracted and named by exploratory factor analysis;the collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,persons correlation analysis and other methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out;structural equation model was established and the effect of push pull drag exercise motivation on exercise behavior of college students was explored.The results show that:1.In this study,the questionnaire of College Students’ motivation to participate in physical exercise compiled by push-pull theory is finally determined as three dimensions,namely,thrust includes fitness and fitness,social interaction and learning;tension includes relaxation,exercise characteristics and services and external effects;resistance includes personal obstacles and design and ability obstacles.The reliability and validity of each scale are consistent with the standard of the scale,which can effectively explain the nature and characteristics of College Students’ motivation to participate in physical exercise.2.College Students’ participation in physical exercise is affected by push pull resistance factors,among which "fitness and bodybuilding" in the dimension of thrust motivation is the biggest driving force for college students to participate in exercise,"relaxation and relaxation" in the dimension of tension motivation is the biggest attraction for college students to participate in physical exercise,"personal obstruction" is the biggest stumbling block affecting college students’ physical exercise.3.There are significant differences in push pull resistance of college students participating in physical exercise under different demographic characteristics.The male students’ exercise demand is significantly stronger than the female students’ in gender;the third year of grade has the strongest thrust and pull motivation,the second year is the weakest,and the resistance is the second year,the first year and the third year.The influence of thrust,pulling force and resistance(facilities and ability barriers)motivation of engineering is higher than that of other majors,and that of liberal arts is higher in "personal barriers".4.There is a significant correlation between push pull resistance of College Students’ motivation to participate in physical exercise.There are clear positive correlations between the "social and learning,fitness and bodybuilding" in the thrust motivation and "exercise characteristics and services,external effects" in the pull motivation,and between these factors and physical exercise behavior,while there are reverse significant correlations between the "personal obstacles" and "facilities and ability obstacles" in the resistance and physical exercise behavior.5."Social interaction and learning" and "fitness and bodybuilding" and "relaxation and relaxation" as well as "exercise characteristics and services" in the thrust factors that affect college students’ physical exercise behavior can positively drive college students’ physical exercise participation behavior,while "external effects" have not yet had a positive impact on physical exercise behavior,"personal obstacles" and "facilities and ability obstacles" There are significant negative effects between resistance factors and physical exercise behavior.In view of the above analysis results,combined with the physical training needs of college students,this paper puts forward the following promotion strategies:(1)colleges and universities should make clear the multiple internal needs of college students and enhance the driving force of exercise.Change the traditional teaching concept,pay attention to the students’ physical health,and create an efficient classroom teaching mode.(2)Increase the pull of physical exercise in college students,provide high-quality teaching services,and reflect the "pull" of education in physical education services.(3)From the perspective of implementation and encouragement,it can eliminate the obstacles of College Students’ participation in physical exercise and arouse their interest in sports participation.
