A Study On College Counselors’ Professional Happiness From The Perspective Of Marx’s Outlook On Happiness

Happiness,is a beautiful and attractive word,Since ancient times,the pursuit of happiness is the eternal subject of human society,and also the greatest desire of people.People desire to live a happy life.The pursuit of happiness have made philosophers from all over the world thought deeply about happiness and formed different views of happiness.Marx’s outlook on happiness based on the real world and historical materialism,is a scientific,comprehensive and constantly developing outlook on happiness.It reveals the essence of man by criticizing alienated labor and private ownership,explains the meaning of happiness systematically.It has important guiding significance to cultivate people’s right view of happiness and positive value orientation.Digging into the connotation of Marx’s outlook on happiness,Using the Marx’s concept of happiness to guide people’s outlook of happiness and value construction will have great significance to promote people’s comprehension on happiness,and also help them to live a happy life.It also plays a good role in promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society and the realization of Chinese dream.Teachers are the engineers of the human soul,they give people knowledge,shape people’s soul,create people’s happiness.The ultimate goal of education is to make people live a happy life.College counselors College counselors are not only the administrators of students,but also the educators of students.The quality of their work,the level of their professional happiness is not only related to the effect of higher education,the quality of talent cultivation,but also related to the healthy and sustainable development of China’s higher education.But through research and interviews,we found that counselors have many complicated daily affairs and broad responsibilities.They lack of professional identity,always feel job burnout,have heavy pressure of work,have difficulties in career promotion and have a lower salary.These factors reduce counselors’ professional happiness and affect their work efficiency.To solve this problem,This paper focuses on the connotation and characteristics of Marx’s outlook on happiness,as well as the inheritance and development in contemporary China,aims to help and guide the counselors to strengthen their professional cognition and Establish career aspirations with the Marx’s outlook on happiness.By these means,I hope the counselors can re-examine their work and innovate their working methods,devote major efforts to Higher Education Cause,All of the counselors can find their great value in the work,and achieve happiness.
