| In August 2018,the ministry of education promulgated by the general office of the national youth campus football reform pilot area basic requirements(try out)"and"national youth campus football pioneer(area)the basic requirements(try out)"notice file clearly put forward the campus football for further popularization down center,positive to the kindergarten,the football in the same month early education association of fujian province project" kindergarten curriculum phase prior to the establishment of fujian province "topic,9 garden where cooperation with preschool children’s football.On March22,2019,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the pilot work of kindergartens with football characteristics,marking the beginning of the nationwide promotion of children’s football.This article USES the literature material method,participatory observation,questionnaire investigation,interview and mathematical statistics to football features the kindergarten,children’s football teacher,parents questionnaires,and with children’s football expert,the early education in fujian province association leadership,football teachers parents and children’s soccer for interviews,to understand the status of the analysis of fuzhou children’s football in reality,find out the problems that exist in the fuzhou children’s football in,and put forward relevant countermeasures,to realize children’s football to carry out the education of value,finishing on the child’s football widely promotion and popularization.Research shows:The ministry of education has formulated relevant documents on the development of infant football,which has promoted the popularization and promotion of infant football in fuzhou.However,the government’s funds have not been implemented,and the funds for football activities are all from kindergartens,leading to the unbalanced development of infant football in fuzhou.The kindergarten facilities are uneven due to the influence of pre-planning,capital investment and other factors.Most football teachers lack professional training,and the majority of part-time,the overall professional quality of teachers is low;The teaching plan design is affected by the children’s ability level,the number of participants,different groups of children,the football teacher level and the site equipment and other factors.The design of competition activities is mainly competition,lack of interesting interaction,competition concept is not conducive to children’s physical and mental health development;The early education association lacks the football education value propaganda for kindergarten teachers and parents;A small number of kindergarten and football teachers lack of safety awareness.Government departments should increase the input of funds for "football-featured kindergartens",and establish a set of standardized allocation and use system of funds,so as to promote balanced development of infant football in fuzhou.The facilities of some kindergartens need to be improved.The plastic field should be replaced with plastic lawn.Children are not easy to poke or scrape when they fall.The early education association is faced with severe challenges in management,so it should strengthen the construction of teachers’ team,organize and carry out more preschool football teacher training,and adopt effective incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of football teachers.The teaching plan design should combine the practical experience of preschool education experts and football teachers.The three cooperate to design the teaching plan;The competition organizer should set up more games and parent-child activities to dilute the concept of winning and losing games and fully reflect the value of children’s football education so as to achieve better publicity effect.Using posters,lectures and other methods to promote the educational value of preschool teachers and parents of preschool children football,less parents’ differences between men and women;Eliminate the security hidden dangers around the site,strengthen the safety education and publicity for the football teachers in the garden,and ensure the safety of children in the process of football learning.Secondly,kindergarten should be changed to children to buy sports accident... |
