| 2021 is the first year of deepening the development of poverty alleviation in China,and also the first year of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Since the nineteen Party Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,with the core of general secretary Xi Jinping,attached great importance to rural education.In the opinion issued by the State Council on strengthening the care and protection of left behind children in rural areas,it was first put forward that "we should gradually reduce the phenomenon of children staying behind from the source".This shows that the central government attaches great importance to the development of education in western rural areas.In the face of the adjustment of economic structure and the promotion of urbanization in Western China,a large number of rural labor force flow into the city.The pressure of life and the dilemma of enrollment make most parents have to leave their children in their hometown and entrust them to schools,the elderly and relatives.The left behind children have become the group of social concern.The education of left behind children is a complex and huge education project,which involves three aspects of education system:family,school and society.In these three education systems,school education bears the burden of moral cultivation and moral quality improvement.Facing the new development requirements,the education of left behind children is related to the development quality of China’s education.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the moral education of rural left behind children.In line with the "people-oriented" teaching concept and adhering to the dominant position of Marxism in the field of consciousness,this paper takes education poverty alleviation as the main line,education equity as the guiding ideology,and the ideological and moral education of rural left behind children as the cornerstone,taking the western rural left behind children as an example,combining with a variety of research methods for analysis and summary,There are five chapters in this paper:the first chapter states the reason of this topic and the research ideas and methods;The second chapter mainly states the theoretical support and policy basis for writing this paper;The third chapter selects two provinces in the western region for sampling survey,home interview and data analysis to draw conclusions and views;The fourth chapter discusses and summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and moral education of left behind children in western rural areas,such as the low quality of economic development,the lagging environment,the insufficient matching of resources,and the lack of family school cooperation;According to the existing problems,the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions and solutions,such as breaking the dual pattern of urban and rural areas,strengthening the investment of rural education funds,teacher supplement,and forming the mode of family school co education in the new era. |
