| After entering middle school,the task load and difficulty of learning by junior high school students have risen linearly,and some bad academic emotions are prone to be published in their studies.At this time,if they cannot be intervened in time,academic burnout will occur.Academic help-seeking behavior is a learning adjustment strategy that can help students solve their own problems by asking others for help.The size of the price of a student pays when asking for help,and whether the benefits are up to expectations,etc.will directly affect the student’s academic mood.Academic emotions are the various emotions that students produce during the learning process,which will directly affect students’ attitudes towards learning.Positive academic emotions can help stimulate students’ endogenous motivation and help improve students’ burnout.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to enable students to learn in a relaxed and pleasant situation and how to stimulate students’ positive academic emotions.This paper takes 800 students from two middle schools in Henan Province as the research object,and uses the "Junior High School Students’ Academic Help-seeking Behavior Questionnaire","Adolescents’ Academic Emotion Questionnaire " and " Middle School Stu-dents’ Academic Burnout Questionnaire" to conduct tests to explore their academic help seeking behavior and academic performance..Whether academic emotions have an indirect effect between academic help-seeking and academic burnout and has done an intervention study on the academic emotion of junior high school students..The results of the study found:(1)There are significant differences in the gender of junior high school students’ aroused academic emotions,while other dimensions of academic emotions do not show significant differences.There are significant differences in grades between positively low awakening academic emotions and negatively low awakening academic emotions.There is a big difference in burnout depending on the grade.The higher the grade,the more obvious the burnout situation.There is a clear gender difference between emotional fatigue and alienation between teachers and students.(2)The overall performance of junior high school students’ academic emotions is good,mostly based on positive academic emotions.(3)Asking for help and positive academic sentiment can significantly negatively predict academic burnout,while seeking management help and negative academic sentiment can be academically burned out.The syndrome can be predicted significantly negatively,and both academic help-seeking behavior and academic sentiment can affect academic burnout.(4)The mediating effects of different dimensions of academic emotions between academic help-seeking behavior and academic burnout are different: negative academic emotions mainly play a mediating role in instrumental help-seeking-classmates and academic burnout.,while positive emotions are mainly in Instrumental help-seeking-intermediary between classmates,executive help-seeking and academic burnout.(5)Group psychological counseling can help students improve their positive academic emotions and improve their negative academic emotions. |
