| As the trend of universal life-long learning as well as establishing a learning society have become to be supported by many countries,the development of continuing education has also gradually drew attention from the Party and the country.In the field of education,the 19 th CPC National Congress advocates that "running continuing education well,and vigorously improving the quality of the people" for continuing education,puts forward the requirements of "deepening education reform,accelerating the modernization of education,and running education well that people are satisfied with".Besides this,the Fifth Plenary Session of the19 th CPC also points out that pay attention to the development of continuing education while making higher education universal,to build China into a "cultural power","education power","talent power",and made the planning goals of education in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.The realization of these plans and goals need the promotion of non-degree continuing education in colleges.With the increasingly tensions of international relations,Chinese science,technology and talent development are faced with both opportunities and challenges.As a result,it is especially important to develop the national talent development and training.Innovation is lead by talents,which could be trained by receiving education.So it is imperative to develop non-degree continuing education.University,which is an important carrier of education,is responsible for the development of non-degree continuing education,especially for those relevant regional university when it comes to the aspect of serving for local economic development.The paper takes its view point from the perspective of ecology with relevant theory since ecological perspective provides new methodology for the research of pedagogy with the integrated and systematic ecological principles,which could also bring some new research ideas to educational problems.Based on the research background of national policy guidance,the imperative development of non-degree continuing education and the proper time for the development of non-degree continuing education in universities,from the perspective of ecology,with the guidance of ecosystem theory and resource dependence theory,it uses literature research method,case study method and interview method to investigate and interview the transformation and development of non-degree continuing education in H University,a local comprehensive university.The paper analyzes the ecological development dilemma of non-degree continuing education in local comprehensive universities from four dimensions: the development of school-running community,the ecological niche of social organization,current situation of ecological development of colleges,and the degree of practitioners specialization.In view of the problems found,this paper proposes to optimize the development path of non-degree continuing education in universities by promoting the improvement of education community,let multiple social organization provide supplement non-degree continuing education,stimulate self-development vitality of universities and promote the perfection of the professionalization construction of college practitioners,perhaps such recommendations could help to build the non-degree continuing education in H University and other related universities. |
