| College logistics service education is college canteen,dormitory,hospitals,library and the construction of students ’living environment,in the basic guarantee for students’ study and life,through good service attitude,reasonable system norms,harmonious environment atmosphere,rich labor resources,thus have a positive influence on students ’ world outlook,outlook on life,values and moral quality.Logistics service education is an important way to realize "three whole education".The research on the function of college logistics service education is conducive to promote the improvement and innovation of service education and "three whole education",and also expand the practice channels and innovate the methods of ideological and political education.However,due to the current theoretical research on the logistics service education function of colleges and universities is not mature and comprehensive,there is a lack of literature on the logistics service education function from the perspective of "three complete education",and no standardized and complete practical experience,so there is an urgent need for further research and exploration.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the moral education function,management specification function,related theory,Marxism theory and foreign scholars,and the results of research data.The survey results show that the overall performance of the logistics service and education function in colleges and universities is relatively good.However,there are also some problems,which show that the education attribute of college logistics staff is not significant enough,the management standard functions are not in place,the environmental construction needs to be improved,and the related setting of labor education is not perfect.In-depth analysis found that the contradiction between the public welfare and profit of college logistics institutions,the management mechanism failed to keep pace with The Times,the fund constraints of college logistics institutions,and the unfinished labor education mechanism are the main reasons for the above problems.For the above issues,Universities and logistics departments should improve in the following aspects: by highlighting the public welfare attributes of university logistics institutions,Enhance the awareness of logistics staff,Serving education runs through the whole process of students in school,Improve the logistics and moral education function in colleges and universities;By enhancing the scientific nature and effectiveness of the system,Strengthen the communication with the students,Deepen the staff skills training work,Improve the logistics management system of colleges and universities;By improving the hardware facilities,Create a good cultural atmosphere,Create a good logistics education environment in colleges and universities;By improving the labour system construction,Enrich the forms of labor education,Collaborative construction of labor education platform,We will establish and improve the logistics and labor education system in colleges and universities. |
