Research On The Development Path Of Knowledge Transfer Between University And Industry

In the era of knowledge economy,innovation has continuously strengthened the leadership of social and economic development,and the supporting role of science and technology in economic and social development has continued to increase.At present,the scale of scientific research input and output of my country’s universities is increasing steadily,which means that my country’s scientific and technological development strength and competitiveness are strong.At the same time,the process of implementing scientific research results into actual productive forces in China is not smooth,and there are certain obstacles to the exchange and interaction of knowledge between universities and industries.How to promote the transfer of knowledge innovation achievements of our country’s universities to other innovation entities,connect the channels of university-industry knowledge transfer,and release the vitality of innovation is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The solution to this problem is inseparable from the construction of a national innovation system and the in-depth exploration of university-industry knowledge transfer.Existing research mainly focuses on the motivation,channels,policies,and influencing factors of university-industry knowledge transfer,and lacks the path to explore the practical level of university-industry knowledge transfer.Knowledge transfer is the basis of university-industry knowledge transfer.Both have the same elements of participation,and their essence is both procedural and phased.The power source of university-industry knowledge transfer is the boundary heterogeneity of university-industry,the complementarity of functions and the active promotion of the government.Throughout the development process of my country’s scientific and technological innovation,innovation has always been placed in an important position of national development and national rejuvenation,demonstrating the coherence of policies and strategies.But for many years,the synergy between universities and industries in our country has not shown a good trend.The utilization rate of scientific research results in universities is low,and a large number of valuable results are shelved.The interaction between my country’s universities and industries has long been centered on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the interaction between the two parties is too narrow,and the development of the university-industry knowledge transfer level has not been realized.In order to explore the reasons behind this phenomenon,the restricting factors in the university-industry knowledge transfer are studied,combined with the actual development of our country,the plight of the development of the university-industry knowledge transfer in our country is analyzed in detail.As one of the most innovative countries in the world,the UK has a wealth of experience in carrying out university-industry knowledge transfer.The strong policy support of the British government is a prerequisite for the development of university-industry knowledge transfer.The organizational support system of British university-industry knowledge transfer revolves around the monitoring and evaluation of university-industry knowledge transfer,and the construction of financial support.The strategic position of British university knowledge transfer reflects its importance in the innovation process.The development of multi-channel university-industry knowledge transfer proves the active degree of the development of British university-industry knowledge transfer.The realization of the deep integration of school-enterprise in our country needs to start from the following seven aspects: improve the university-industry knowledge transfer interactive platform;broaden the channels of participation in university-industry knowledge transfer;increase financial support for university-industry knowledge transfer;build a university-industry knowledge transfer supervision and evaluation system;Promote the construction of university knowledge transfer institutions;promote the implementation of mechanisms and policies for university-industry knowledge transfer;encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in university-industry knowledge transfer.
