In the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,Chinese athletes Xiong Ni and Xiao Hailiang won the first Olympic gold medal in the men’s double diving three meter springboard event.Later,China won the world champion many times in this event,and performed well.However,in recent years,with the rapid improvement of the opponent’s strength and the abnormal performance of Chinese athletes,there has been a phenomenon of losing gold in three consecutive world competitions,which has to arouse our concern Attention.Although China’s men’s double diving three meter board has won two championships in the world competition,we must take into account that the main competitors are not fully adapted to the international competition due to the late replacement adjustment,and it is still a threat to China’s winning in the future.Moreover,China’s men’s double diving three meter board has no advantage in the difficulty coefficient,so we must strengthen the stability of the action.This paper will take the stability of men’s double triple springboard as the breakthrough point,through the comparative analysis of the original data of the final results of men’s double triple springboard in the 2015-2019 world triple diving competition,combined with expert interviews and questionnaire survey,This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese men’s double diving three meter springboard athletes,and finds out the current unstable movements and influencing factors in China.The conclusions and suggestions are as followsThe results are as follows:(1)At present,the world men’s double diving three meter board is in the era of new and old alternation,and there are many new faces.The main competitors begin to try high difficulty movements,and the overall difficulty has been improved.Chinese athletes have obvious advantages in the stability of prescribed movements compared with foreign athletes,but the overall difficulty coefficient of Chinese athletes is not dominant.(2)At the present stage,the overall quality of the required movements in China is declining,especially the technical and synchronous decline of 301 B is obvious.The stability of 407 C in the optional movements in China is obviously declining,the movement quality and stability of 5154 b are obviously improving,and the movement quality and stability of 207 c and109C are gradually improving in recent years.(3)Young athletes are lack of experience in world competitions,lack of competition experience,lack of ability to resist pressure and adjust mentality,which is easy to produce tension and make mistakes.At the same time,the match time of athletes is short,and the degree of tacit understanding needs to be improved.(4)There are many potential rivals.In the past two years,our main rivals,England,Mexico and Russia,have achieved good results when they are still in the running in stage,and the difficulty of Mexico team has been improved.Suggestions:(1)Try high difficulty movements,increase the difficulty coefficient of Chinese men’s double diving three meter board,strengthen the training of athletes’ special ability.(2)Secondly,it is in line with the development trend of Chinese young double diving athletes to change the rules.(3)For the training of unstable movements,we should pay attention to the guarantee of movement quality in daily training.Athletes should establish the concept of movement stability and cultivate the consciousness of movement stability.(4)Strengthen the training of athletes’ psychological quality,always pay attention to the emotional changes of athletes,especially the situation of pre competition tension and weak anti pressure ability,mainly encourage young athletes,improve self-confidence and cultivate will quality.
