The competition sports sustainable development will be the important issue which our country will face in the new century. Our country competitive sports reserved talents have important effect to the future development. So it is a key problem. Through using the method of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the cultivation about divers, couches and supervisors.The result indicated: The talent reserve of raising channel is very unitary. All school's funds depending on Local authority's financial allocation. Some school funds are mainly short. Some school condition is not good; The trainer on-the-job training is quite deficient, and many units take no account of it, establishing and optimizing the talent selection and evaluation system; the relations of reading and sports are not coordinate, so we must think much of combining about study and training. Realizes the physical culture school and the ordinary school survival of the fittest, teaches the body to unify completes, achieves the tangible. In the process of reserve personnel training, coach's income level is lower, personal benefit cannot get a guarantee, welfare benefits is not sufficient. Improving the psychological traits is to more divers. Need to reinforce masses medium propagating about the diving, and make a good social environment.
