| The “opinions on further strengthening and improving ideological and Political Education for university students” issued by the State Council clearly states that “campus culture embodying socialist characteristics,characteristics of the times and characteristics of schools should be built to form a fine school ethos,teaching style and study style.” As a characteristic part of the university culture,the original culture of the university accumulates the unique historical and cultural genes of the university,displays the teaching practice achievements of the university,and is the ideological and Political Education Work of the university,it is also an important way to cultivate the youth with the characteristics of the Times to realize the effective carrier of educating people with culture.During the period of college students studying in school,the school environment directly influences the formation of students’ thinking mode,value choice and ideal idea,and the school culture has the function of guiding,standardizing and encouraging the growth and development of students,it plays a leading role in the development of social culture,so we should strengthen the construction of original culture in universities,improve the mechanism of original culture education and give full play to the function of original culture education,it is of great significance for colleges and universities to educate people with culture and literature.This article mainly through the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method research method,will the theory and the actual close union,first through the literature analysis method to carry on the summary and the summary to the university original culture related concept,clarify the specific concepts of university culture and university original culture,expound the characteristics of university original culture,and then analyze the educational elements of university original culture with the data,and from the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings,the ideological and Political Education Environment Education Thought and the Marxist Cultural Outlook to find the support point and theoretical basis of the paper,on this basis,this paper analyzes the educational function of the original culture of the university,and further probes into the practical value of the original culture of the university;Secondly,taking the Dalian University of Technology as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis from the perspective of the overall construction of the original culture of the university and the actual effect of educating people at various levels by setting up questionnaires and interview outlines,this paper carries out an empirical analysis by setting up a questionnaire,and makes a concrete analysis of the positive expression of the function of educating people of the original culture of the university at present,at the same time,the problems reflected in the data are summarized as follows: lack of deep understanding of the function of original culture in educating people,lack of overall resultant force,not close combination of theory and practice,and not strong participation,etc.,in view of the above existing problems,the causes of these phenomena are analyzed from the aspects of social environment,colleges and universities themselves and students,from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,cultivating cultural brand,innovating educational carrier and constructing educational mechanism,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward. |
